Answer:	Expiration dates don't seem to really matter for k cups. I had a pack of 18 that expired like 6-8 months ago. I drank all 18 and I was fine. I wouldn't push it though. But they should be good for a long time.

Answer:	Here's how to determine which k-cups are compatible with the Keurig 2.0: On the front of the k-cup box at the very bottom there is a black square. Inside of this square it reads: For use in all Keurig k-cup brewers. At the top of this black square there is a check mark in a circle. These can be used in your 2.0. If looking at an individual k-cup, first is the brand name: Green Mountain, Gloria Jean's, etc. Next is the flavor: Breakfast Blend, Butter Toffee, etc. Next there is a black circle. Inside of this circle are the words KEURIG brewed. The only k-cups that work with my 2.0 are the ones with this logo, no exceptions! Sure hope this helps clarify the situation!

People can buy items and resell them on Amazon at any price they wish. We have no control over this but if you click on the item and it states "sold by Amazon" than that means you are buying directly from Amazon and the price will be less expensive than if you were purchasing from a third party seller through amazon. Question:	Has anyone else noticed a 30% price increase on this product in the last month or are there other ways around this
Answer:	Yes, we've also noticed this increase and can no longer afford to purchase this coffee (that my wife and I love!) through Amazon. We had been faithfull subscribers and auto purchased two boxes each month. When we started the subscription back in September 2014, the price was $27.04 per box. We noticed some small variations in the price over time but nothing like the >20% that happened in Feb. this year (2016). I cannot find any reason for the increase, in fact the coffee futures on the market have been going down for the last year, tending towards leveling off the last 3 months. I won't pay this much without better reason for the increase and have dusted off our BUNN and started grinding our beans again. I've also noticed that we can buy a box of San Francisco Bay French Roast K-Cups 160 count at COSTCO for $57.99 (equivalent to $28.99 for box of 80).
Question:	Why did Amazon stop selling this directly and make it ineligible for Prime
Answer:	Until Amazon can get it's stock replenished, you can go to www.Costco.com and get a box of 160ct one cup pods for $55, including shipping (if you're a non-member; if you're a member, you'd pay around $52).

We consider our San Francisco bay Fog Chaser a medium roast. However, we roast darker than most so it would tend to be a bit darker. Pedro Fiallos, Honduras

Pedro and his family have a rich history of hard work, turmoil and triumphs. Pedro was first a mason before he became a coffee farmer. With his earnings as a builder, he saved up to purchase a set of oxen, which he used to haul construction materials on a contract basis. He has been working with San Francisco Bay Coffee since 2012.

Answer:	I was concerned about the "proper" preparation of this tea using Keurig technology. I was pleasantly surprised. Whereas I enjoy the ritual of preparing tea the traditional way, the Keurig method delivers a nice cup of tea in half the time.
Question:	does it fit the keurig machine
Answer:	Yes, it fits the regular keurig machine. Not sure about the "view" machine or the new one with the carafe.
Question:	The pictured k-cup will not work in new Keurig 2.0 even tho it takes k-cups. Have they updated this product to work in the Keurig
Answer:	I just purchased a box of the Chai Latte in a Keurig 575 (a 2.0 machine) worked fine. This was in August.

Answer:	“Hot”refers to the correct pods to use in the Keurig 2.0. The 2.0 Keurig will only work with pods that are marked as “hot”. Otherwise it will not brew.
