Is this ground coffee

Answer:

For me, they did help, especially on my back. There was a huge and obvious difference as well. My sister ended up buying it because of the difference it made in me. It worked for me and for her but I noticed that the more water you drink while you have them on, the better results I got. My skin was tighter and my back handles literally disappeared. My stomach, I'll be honest I do not have much problem there but I did notice it was more firm. I have tried ItWorks wraps and those do their job. I would have to say that these wraps are the knock off version but I definitely noticed results with them and would buy them again. I am not sure what your body type is or what you are going after so I cannot say that you will see the same results I did but I can say that they did work because I noticed improvements even if they are the "knock off" version.

Cafe Britt Decaffeinated preserves the flavor of gourmet coffee by using high-quality beans and a natural, water-based process. We start by expertly selecting coffee that will hold up well to decaffeination, with a special house blend that mixes harder, acidic beans and denser, full-bodied beans from two of Costa Rica’s most iconic regions. Next, we infuse the beans with water vapor to remove caffeine and then rinse them in the same water to restore any lost flavor. Made from a special house blend of Central and Western Valley arabica beans, this light roasted coffee has noticeable fruity and floral notes.
