Line 8-or 9-inch square pan with wax paper. Melt 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk and pinch of salt in heavy saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Dissolve 1 tablespoon Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystals in 1 teaspoon hot water. Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Five-Spice Raspberry Sauce

Coat grill grates with no-stick cooking spray. Heat grill to medium (325°F to 350°F). Season tenderloin with salt and pepper. Turning occasionally, grill 20 to 25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat; tent with foil. Allow meat to rest 5 minutes before slicing. Dissolve ¼ teaspoon Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Crystals in 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar in small cup. Heat oil in small skillet over medium heat. Add ½ teaspoon minced gingeroot and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Cook 1 minute. Whisk in 3 tablespoons raspberry jam, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1/8 teaspoon five-spice powder and coffee mixture, cooking until sauce thickens. Serve sauce over tenderloin.

Answer:	This question came to me - a customer. I've never had a problem with the expiration date with Mount Hagen. However, since the coffee is organic it has no preservatives in it. It must be kept in the refrigerator after it is opened. Great coffee!

Answer:	That sometimes happens with Amazon, and it's an issue with the labeling in the warehouse. I've had to call them and specifically ask that they send me the CORRECT item, when that happens, and to alert the warehouse of improper labelling. If you want to make absolutely sure, that's one way--though it may take two efforts. The other way is to order from Vitacost. That's the other place I buy this coffee, and I never have had them mess up decaf with the caff one. :D

The Mountain Water Process, which is also a certified organic, is widely recognized as the premier caffeine extraction method. This processuses no added chemicals and protects the true flavor of the coffee. Cafe Altura Decaf coffees are 99% caffeine free." To be on the safe side, I would take the higher end of any caffeine range you find for 6oz of coffee and multiply that by .01 (1%). You might want to even assume that the actual caffeine amount will be a bit higher than that, especially if, like me, you have a specific health reason to not consume caffeine.
