They are in violation of this law because the white package doesn't list the percentage. The white package shows 10% and their black package is 100% according to the company's website. The real deal sells for $39.89 per lb. and the 10% blend is $11.60-$10.96 per lb.

Answer:	I havent ordered that brand in a long time, but from what I have read, they are the same, but due to some kind of law about kona coffee in Hawaii, if the coffee does not contain a certain percentage of kona, they are not aloud to call it Kona coffee, or they have to state Kona blend, so maybe instead of putting kona blend on the front, they opted for just Sunrise, just make sure it was made in hawaii or US, n not china or some other country without FDA regulations.

Answer:	The package sold on Amazon just says 100% Arabica. The same package sold on the Kauai website says "100% Hawaiian Coffee" and costs more than this one on Amazon. It's about $1/oz on their website or about 20 cents/oz more than here. I almost bought it here until I noticed the package never claims to be 100% Hawaiian, and in fact, made no claim of even having any Hawaiian coffee in it.

Answer:	In my opinion it is. Very similar to Kona acid wise, but a brighter deeper flavor. My stomach agrees with the low acidity of this coffee.

Answer:	No it is not and it doesn’t taste nearly as good. I called the company directly and they informed me the only way to get the 100% Hawaiian is to buy directly from them. They said that if the package states 100% Arabica that it is only %25 Hawaiian.

Question:	How fresh are the beans, how long before shipping are they roasted
Answer:	After roasting & packing our Hawaiian Kona coffee gets distributed amongst several AMAZON warehouses within days to guarantee prompt delivery to our customers. Often this turns out faster than sending from the farm in Hawai'i. Coffee doesn't really 'expire' but gets stale, and customers would prefer a roasting date on the bag, that's true. AMAZON advised us to not put an additional date on the products to risk it being mistaken with the (legally mandatory) expiration date along their control lines. But we go to great lengths to ship a fresh roast in small quantities, risking to be sold out sometimes.
Question:	Do you have a low aid coffee
Answer:	I have been drinking Blue Horse Kona and Kona peaberry for several years. Both are excellent; the peaberry (which, much to my dismay, Blue Horse Farm is no longer separating from their crop) is like the Kona on steroids. The flavor of coffee made from their peaberry beans is robust and bursting with flavor. Like the Kona, it has a hint of a tangy, winey taste to it, only stronger. You can't go wrong with either of their coffees, but the peaberry is truly an experience.
Question:	Why is there no roasted on date? My order shipped from California, not from Hawaii. How fresh are they really
Answer:	From one grove and provider. Many coffees are blends using many different growers and qualities. Single source is from one ... not many. So the quality standards are harder to achieve ... hence the typically higher price
