This is a cool process and does not involve heating the product. The isolate is then spray dried with sunflower oil derived lecithin to instantize the powder (allowing it to mix easily.) I eat enough cheese a and grass fed milk so I don't need more of that. The amino acid profile is about the same for both products. Also the isolate just goes straight to your muscles so it's best to try to work out so it can do it's job and repair your tissue making it stronger. I will try to list the amino acid profile below.
