Answer:	Stop confusing customers Soylent! What happened to the Soylent photo that showed the gene mutations and all that talk about how good GMO's are for you and how Soylent is so proud to use GMO products? That photo was sooo pro-gmo and proud (LOL) and was on your product listing on Amazon and Soylent's website. I'm assuming Soylent realized removing the photo and attempting to deceive the public was the only way to sell their "400 calorie meal replacement" vomit since nobody was buying it? Or did they possibly come to the horrifying realization that the may be poisoning and possibly contributing to killing off human and animal population with their beverages? Or maybe that was their intent? After all, Soylent proudly states that Soylent was "aptly named in homage to Harry Harrison's 1966 science fiction novel Make Room! Make Room!, which explores the impact massive population growth could have on world resources". So Soylent, you named your product after a movie about reducing population and cannibalism… really?? I guess that's exactly what we should expect from a few guys who were, "Living off a diet of frozen corn dogs and ramen". Seriously...I encourage everyone to look this up. So let me get this straight, Soylent: 1) You create your beverages from GMO ingredients, (once proudly admitted, but photo since removed)? Answer:	There's a misleading answer here, this won't knock you out of ketosis the sugar content is too small, it's okay to have 1-5g of sugar maybe more without getting knocked out of ketosis. Common mistake people make is assuming no sugar is goal, aim for as low as possible, because yes sugar doesn't mix with this diet, but it takes more than the 1g in this to knock you out of ketosis, that person's mistake was somewhere else and this product was not at fault. I have lost 50lbs on this shake mix and kale or lettuce with it. Avoid carbs and limit your calories, to keep the weight off you have to take what you learn as you go and always apply it. Everything you consume can either provide nutrients or make you fat all the info to figure this out is usually on the label.

Answer:	I’ve lost 40lbs since starting the shakes over a year ago. I drink them every morning for breakfast at work and they start to help suppress my appetite in the evenings. I also don’t crave sugar and carbs as much as I used to. My recipe: 12 oz of water in a shaker, 2 scoops of chocolate powder, and fill the rest of the way with ice. Simple, easy, effective.

Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.

Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.

Question:	Does anyone else have digestive issues after drinking this
Answer:	Yes, I did for two days in a row. And I only added 1-tbsp to my smoothie, not the 2-scoops that are recommended. It messed with my intestinal tract and bowel movements. I'm going to wait a while and then I may try using it alone in a smoothie with the protein super foods 50, Berry and water or some kind of liquid. I was a whey protein advocate for years and that never bothered me. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so it's not imperative that I drink this stuff. I need to look into "erythritol". Maybe that is the culprit.

Answer:	I enjoy and prefer the pre-made soylent original flavor. I personally find the powder to taste nothing like the pre-made product. The powder is okay tasting but I was disappointed that it doesn't more closely resemble the flavor of the pre-made product. The powder makes great emergency rations. Get the pouches instead of the tub, they are cheaper per serving and 1 day's food each pouch.
Question:	It doesn't come with a scoop. How much mix is a scoop's worth? I tried to make today for the first time and don't think I used enough
Answer:	You have the option of 1 scoop @ 200 calories they call a serving. You have 24 of those. Or you could use 2 scoops for a 400 calorie meal which would use the product much quicker. Of course you could scoop your heart out for more calories. I regularly use 2 scoops for breakfast or snacks. 2 containers a month is required for that.
