Note:

• The water added to the humidifier must be tap water or mineral water. Distilled or purified water is not acceptable. Because water without minerals is much lighter than water with minerals. When the humidifier is filled with purified water that does not contain any minerals, which will cause the spray mist to become shallower and shorter, so the water will fall on the humidifier, causing water to accumulate throughout the humidifier.

If the humidifier does not spray/spray water droplets/the spray volume is relatively small

• 1. Ensure that the water source is tap water or mineral water. Only these two types of water can be used. (distilled water cannot be used for humidification.)
• 2. The entire swab must be completely moistened before use. (Note: the entire root is soaked, not just half of it.)
• 3. If the spray volume is small, it may be that the cotton swab is in poor contact with the atomizer. You can take out the cotton swab and put it in again. Remember to push the cotton swab to the top of the atomizer to maintain good contact.

The reason why the humidifier does not spray :

• The spring under the cotton swab fell off, so the swab fails to contact the atomizer.
• When the humidifier is directly exposed to the air while not using, it will accumulate dust and dirt, and the atomizer will be blocked.
