Answer:	There Are Only 4 NET Carbs. Each individual drink contains 6 Carbs but also contains 2 dietary fiber, so that will equal only 4 net carbs. My whole family loves these things. We actually mix an individual drink with 8 oz of 2% milk, or Almond Milk, to provide "more" to drink/eat and it still tastes great.

However I need to say that compared to regular Ensure High Protein, which also uses SUCRALOSE, this MAX product tastes horrible. I might drink it instead of cannibalism if I was shipwrecked, but I still wouldn’t like it! BUT the regular High Protein (while less mg of protein) is actually great tasting.

Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)

Question:	Is the new formula really that bad? I wanted to try this for the first time but scared of the reviews
Answer:	I use the smooth chocolate and have for the past few weeks.. I do add peanut butter powder 2 Tbsp and Maca Vanilla Chai powder 1 tsp for added flavor. I use it every day for my evening meal and am VERY well satisfied.
