It originates as rainwater and is naturally filtered as it passes through lava rock, picking up minerals. It tastes better than most bottled water to me. Answer:	I have reached out to the company multiple times with no response either. Breaks my heart. My absolute favorite water and all I drink. I've been making do with kona deep in the meantime. Hope they respond soon.
