Question:	I keep pushing a, and my watch won't go to s or d mode. the only way it moves is if i hold it down for a few sec, and it only goes to bluetooth. help
Answer:	you have to hold the A button for a sec or two and then it will shift to the other modes. if you keep holding it after the dial moves the first time, then it will continue onto the next mode in sequence. also, if you hold the main crown in for a sec, the indiglo will illuminate the face of the watch - i did not know it even did this when i bought it.

Answer:	Not as far as I can tell. I have set the time manually using the main crown of the watch. Old school but pretty simple.

1.How to connect phone?---------

✔First, you can scan the QR code of the smartwatch APP in the manual and install it on your phone.

✔Second, please open the app and allow it to get necessary authority so as to active smartwatch function.(Some smartphones will refuse to allow it. You need to give it permissions manually, Setting--> APP Manager--> "WearHealth"-->Click and allow all permissions.

✔Third, please add the smartwatch app into the white list. Or it will be closed by phone system, which will cause connection unstable. Bluetooth will be disconnected when the user exits the APP. Please keep the APP running, when using the watch.

Answer:	Samsung galaxy watch active only supports wireless charging but with that said if you preorder you get a free wireless charge pad!
Question:	Does it have samsung pay? if so, will it work with ios
Answer:	It does have Samsung Pay, and it doesn't require to be connected to a Wi-Fi signal to work. It's connected to your phone by Bluetooth, so you can use the Samsung Pay on the device. Personally, I find it easier to just use the card it's associated with. I linked my debit card to Samsung Pay and you have to open Samsung Pay, put in your Samsung Pay pin, then select your card to use, then get the watch close to the scanner, then you need to complete the transaction on the system the retailer uses by selecting debit or credit card, pin for the debit card, etc. I find it easier to use my card. Lol
Question:	What is the battery life with GPS on
Answer:	I did live chat with Samsung before ordering and was told battery life is 45 hours per charge with normal use. I don't even get that. I charge mine daily.
