Answer:	I purchased the Headset to use with a portable loudspeaker having a 1/8 TRS connector - works fine with that arrangement. It should work with the Pyle pdwm12uh wireless transmitter as long as the transmitter does not require an amplified signal and has a 1/8 connector.
