To set the time *(refer to full-setting instructions here: Manual ):

1. Stop the second hand by pulling the crown out to the 2nd click (time setting position).
2. Turn the crown to set the time.
3. The watch will start after the crown is firmly pushed back into its normal position

To set the Calendar*:

1. Pull the crown out to the first click (calendar setting position).
2. Set the desired date by turning the crown counterclockwise.
3. Set the desired day of the week by turning the crown clockwise.
4. After you have set the calendar, be sure to press the crown back to its normal position

*Do not adjust the calendar when the watch is reading between 9:00 pm and 4:00 am, otherwise the movement may become damaged and the calendar may not change correctly

Answer:	Yes and it's a beautiful watch.

Answer:	It is 9 inches to the last notch. I have an 8.75" to 9" wrist and it is in the last notch. In fact, I am ordering a NATO strap as I don't like the watch wearing in the last notch ("tail" end always "popping" out of the keeper).

Answer:	The watch is marked Diver's 200M This means it must conform to ISO 6425 standards for a dive watch. It also means that EACH piece is tested, which for me is important. With Diver's 200m, I know it has been subjected to 250m pressure for 2 hours. Deeper and longer than I will ever be at pressure.

Answer:	Hi, as far as I can tell, UTC is set to GMT and can't be set to show a third time zone. You can actually have three time zones showing, one, UTC, two a different time on the analogue display and a third on the digital display. I currently have UTC, Sydney analogue and Moscow digital.
