Answer:	Yes, they are waterproof, unless you're looking at standing in water for a long period of time. I've stepped through creeks, and puddles, and have never had my feet get wet. Would I trust them standing in the creek for an hour or two, I don't think so. (But if that's what you're looking for, I'd suggest neoprene boots, not these). They are warm, winter boots that are waterproof well beyond the extent most people would need them to be. I own a pair of these and just ordered another (I've had mine for 4+ years). They still function just fine, but they 're looking worn is all.

Answer:	They do fit a pack n play. However after 6 months of use, the waterproofing that is bonded to the sheet has become loose and ripped completely on one sheet. I washed them in warm to hot water and dried them with other baby items. I only watch my grandson three days a week and bought four sheets. So they have not held up as well as I hoped. If you buy them wash them in cold water and don’t put them in the dryer.
