Answer:	Yes, Multiple pieces of tubing may also be used to increase the resistance.

Answer:	According to experts, the resistance levels of both TheraBand Latex Free bands and Latex bands are the same. The only difference - these bands are latex free! Always consult with your physician to see if you may be allergic to anything, especially latex. Symptoms of a latex allergy include: hives, itching, swelling, sneezing, cough, chest tightness, nausea, etc.

Answer:	Resistance bands are lightweight elastic strips that come in a variety of colors; each color represents a different level of resistance. These bands can be used alone, or with special accessories such as door attachments or handles to give you a wide variety of exercises to choose from. Resistance can be customized based on your situation but weights are difficult to customize ( unless you have all kinds weights) but as per as the physiological changes there are no significant changes. I prefer bands/tubes because it has graded resistance level through out the movements of arm or leg.

Answer:	No, it only has alerts in case you ascend too fast (for scuba divers), but I have this alert switched off because it has no sense as I do spearfishing.
Question:	What is the round time indicater on the outside of the watch for. It it connected to the timer
Answer:	That is actually a tool to help you keep track of time before digital watches came about. You turn the dial to where the second of the minute is as your 0 second reference point instead of 12. And then you can see how long you've been down since then. This helps you keep track of bottom time and when you should surface. Look up a video online and it will make more sense. Obviously the other people that answered have no idea what they are talking about and no watch company puts that on a diving watch to "play with" or look like a classic dive watch.. it's a crucial tool

Answer:	It is my understanding that the strength of resistance from least to most is in this sequence of color: Tan, Yellow, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Silver and the strongest, Gold.

Answer:	They are more of a stretchy rubber offering resistance to help rehab muscles/build muscles. Latex I think of gloves. If you have a latex allergy however, this is not good for you.

Answer:	CORRECTION: We ordered two different products and I measured the WRONG one! The TheraBand is five (5) inches wide. Sorry about the error.
