Question:	How far does the projector need to be on the ceiling to project
Answer:	Min 1680 mm Average 1851mm Max 2021 mm Offset 34mm The projector comes with distance and offset values in the manual Be aware there is no vertical or horizontal lense shift on this model. You will need to be extremely close with your measurements . A low profile ceiling mount is also needed if you plan on ceiling mounting with the screen near the ceiling
Question:	Any problems with dust getting inside the projector and distorting the image (dust blobs)? This was a problem with my 720P short throw Benq
Answer:	Had mine for a year, and yes I’ve had problems with this. I’ve been using it on the ceiling of a somewhat dusty room (adjacent to the cooking room) so it was certainly exposed to airborne particles. There are a few very mild dark spots that have begun to appear on the picture. I have not yet dissassembled it or hit it with compressed air so I can’t really say if this is a user-fixable problem or not. Overall the dust hasn’t really hampered my enjoyment of the projector, but it’s something to watch out for if you’re a stickler for screen uniformity.
Question:	How good looks on white wall
Answer:	Pretty good actually the gamma will need to be adjusted as we games are pretty washed out and others are not on the same setting

Answer:	Mine is on a table right next to me and I do not notice the sound, like a laptop fan. Not like my old projectors. My room temperature is 80 or below. I keep my leather away from the side that blows out. Has no vents on top or bottom.

Question:	At 100”size, how dim must the room be? Can you watch in the day without dimming the lights or closing drapes
Answer:	You will need to estimate the amount of ambient light present in the room in which the LG Ultra Short Throw LED Home Theater Projector with webOS Smart TV and Magic Remote, Model # PF1000UW will be used. It has a brightness of up to 1000 Lumens, so you will need low ambient light levels. If you want a great picture, you will want to block out all ambient light. The more ambient light you add, the more you lower contrast and wash out the image. Even getting a brighter projector only solves the problem partially, since ambient light is mixing with the darker parts of the image, making them cloudy. If you must use a projector in ambient light, you will never get a perfect image...^IFV

Answer:	I have not tried this, but it should work?
Question:	What's the max picture size you can attempt before the resolution goes sub-1080p? I mean it says 100" from 15" away, but will that show a 1080p res
Answer:	To keep it at true 1080 res, I would say no more than 120". But to be perfectly honest, I have mine currently at near 9 feet across and picture quality is still pretty high up there. You lose out on brightness levels, but that can be compensated with the right screen. I have mine projected onto a eggshell colored wall, so take that into account. Also it seems that if you go beyond 120", parts of the edges of the projected screen gets slightly blurred. But not too noticible, unless you're particular about such things. Hopes this helps. All in all, if your goal is to have a projector that takes up minimal space in a standard room, then this is a great option.

Question:	I need a projector that will show documents with very little glare on a classroom whiteboard. Would this do the job
Answer:	Not really, it doesn't display well on white surfaces. Epson has projectors specifically designed for classrooms. try the "EPSON POWERLITE 675W ULTRA SHORT THROW CLASSROOM PROJECTOR " it's cheaper than this one because it doesn't have as much features but if you just using it to present documents you don't need many of the features this projector offers. You don't need the wall mounted like you see in the images it works on a table as well.
Question:	Can I use this projector on Starboard or smartboard
Answer:	Yes you can use it but it doesn't provide function, but note that it is not as bright as some of the higher end models and does not integrate with touch software it is merely a projector. Very high quality resolution for the price.

Question:	Can the image be inverted so that you can mount on a ceiling
Answer:	We do not support ceiling mount as the sharp angle of the dispersion field makes alignment difficult and will not work with ALR (ambient light rejection) Screens. Anything else - please let us know.
Question:	Elite screens does not recommend using their alr screens with table mounted ust projectors. has anyone tried this on 100" alr screen
Answer:	Yes - this will depend on the screen -- if made for ALR Top or Bottom. See the Grand View -- Dynamique Series ALR Fixed Frame Screen. I use this screen in my demo room. Screen Innovations also has several ALR Screens including the new SOLO 2 Motorized screen with ALR Material (also use my demo room). Anything else -- we are here to help. :-)
Question:	What is the input lag when on game mode
Answer:	Hello -- there is no game mode yet - this error will be corrected. To clarify, when released, game mode will disable PureMotion and SmartFIT Geometry Correction. You can also manually disable both features from the OSD. With PureMotion and SmartFIT disabled - input lag is around 49ms (similar to UHD60). There is a Game display mode. This mode can be used anything the signal is not HDR. When the signal is HDR, the Projector will be in HDR mode. Hopefully this clarifies the question - let us know if you need more.
Question:	How high above the projector is the 120” image? Basically how tall does your ceiling need to be
Answer:	This is a super easy question to answer, ignore the jaded response from “Dannyboy”. The bottom of the 120” screen should be about 17 inches above the center point of the laser. A 120” screen is 58” tall. So if you were sitting the projector on a 24” tall stand then the top of the screen would be about 8” below the ceiling of a 9’ wall.

Answer:	Depends on what "daylight"means to you. I live in Florida, so daylight means bright sun...so no, it will not be that great. Daylight meaning light coming into a house or office, then yes. It will be pretty bright. If also depends on how large your projected image is. The closer the projector to the screen, the brighter.
Question:	Native ratio on here shows 16:10... My projector screen tells me its for 16:9. Is this a problem, I am going to purchase this for outdoor movie/sports
