Question:	has anyone tested the viewing in daylight on projector screen
Answer:	If you only need an 80 or so in screen a 4k flat panel makes more sense. If you want a 100 or so in screen, don’t care for 4k, and have some control over the light and can keep direct light off the screen and the room itself doesn’t get too bright a projector makes more sense. Remember with any project the black level is only going to be as dark as related to the darkness of a room. A projector uses light on a white screen, it doesn’t projector black which is lack of light.
Question:	what is the laser life of the projector
Answer:	It ought to last about 10 years with normal use
Question:	How often does the filter need to be changed
Answer:	Quickly get a hepa filter for the room with the projector, or better the whole house. One very annoying thing with projectors in darkened rooms is the flickering specs of light between the projector and the screen which is dust floating around your room. The projector filter only reduces the dust going into the projector. You want to reduce the dust in the room which reduces dust getting to the projector filter but also flying out in front of the screen. Of course like other products with air filters including cars proper mantainence is important. There is always the scheduled intreviews for the casual owner. However, that may be not soon enough or too soon. If you smoke, have pets, open your windows often you’re going to need to change, or better yet check to see if you should change the filter. One of the strongest things I can recommend is to have hepa filters running in your house. Not just for equipment but for your office. After adding several hospital grade hepa filters when I moved out on my own my health got so much better. Additionally you don’t want dust building up inside your TVs, computers, stereos, etc which reduces their life but also encourages bugs that like warm dusty electronics.

Answer:	The bulb's cartridge also acts as a fuse for the entire unit. The answer is yes. If the bulb goes out, it means there's no electric current running through it. Think of it as an on/off button or switch. A good bulb is equal to an on button/switch. A broken/out bulb is equal to an off button/switch.

Answer:	Not really, it doesn't display well on white surfaces. Epson has projectors specifically designed for classrooms. try the "EPSON POWERLITE 675W ULTRA SHORT THROW CLASSROOM PROJECTOR " it's cheaper than this one because it doesn't have as much features but if you just using it to present documents you don't need many of the features this projector offers. You don't need the wall mounted like you see in the images it works on a table as well.

Question:	How far does the projector need to be on the ceiling to project
Answer:	Min 1680 mm Average 1851mm Max 2021 mm Offset 34mm The projector comes with distance and offset values in the manual Be aware there is no vertical or horizontal lense shift on this model. You will need to be extremely close with your measurements . A low profile ceiling mount is also needed if you plan on ceiling mounting with the screen near the ceiling
Question:	Any problems with dust getting inside the projector and distorting the image (dust blobs)? This was a problem with my 720P short throw Benq
Answer:	Had mine for a year, and yes I’ve had problems with this. I’ve been using it on the ceiling of a somewhat dusty room (adjacent to the cooking room) so it was certainly exposed to airborne particles. There are a few very mild dark spots that have begun to appear on the picture. I have not yet dissassembled it or hit it with compressed air so I can’t really say if this is a user-fixable problem or not. Overall the dust hasn’t really hampered my enjoyment of the projector, but it’s something to watch out for if you’re a stickler for screen uniformity.
Question:	How good looks on white wall
Answer:	Pretty good actually the gamma will need to be adjusted as we games are pretty washed out and others are not on the same setting

Answer:	Mine is on a table right next to me and I do not notice the sound, like a laptop fan. Not like my old projectors. My room temperature is 80 or below. I keep my leather away from the side that blows out. Has no vents on top or bottom.

Answer:	Yes, it can be used as a TV, it has awesome video resolution quality. I have six streaming TV devices connected to my PX700HD projector via my AV receiver, Shield TV Console, Roku TV Stick, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Sony Blu-ray Disc, PC Windows 10 and a Chromecast. It's best to use a ALR grey screen {Ambient Light Rejection} screen {For Daytime TV Viewing} with the 3,500 Lumens ViewSonic PX700HD projector. By using a ALR screen, it will make all TV or movie viewing look bright upscale 4K.
Question:	I'd have to place the projector 30-35 feet away from the screen to avoid our pool for backyard viewing. Is this realistic
Answer:	At 30-35 feet you will not be able to zoom down low enough. I have a 144" diagonal screen and at about 13 feet, I'm at the lowest zoom. My guess is, at your distance, you would have to go to a 300" screen and I think that would be pushing it. I also think the further away, the more color you loose. I find at closer distance and zooming up, the colors seem more saturated and natural.
