Answer:	I don't have a 47" TV mounted, mine is smaller. However I suspect one can turn the 47" screen less than 90 degrees. 16 inches of extension compared to 23.5 inches, (half the width of a 47" screen) won't allow a full 90 degrees. I suspect it would be more like 60-70 degrees.

Answer:	You don't have to reach mount to unlock, just push up on the TV to lock it up, push up on the TV again to release it.
Question:	it says this tv mount swivels but someone said it doesnt so does it swivel side to side or not
Answer:	There is an adjustment to you can set it up wit up to 45 degree swivel. It is bolted down so you would have to loosed the mount to swivel making it possible but not easy.
Question:	I plan to mount this in my basement and would like the TV to be only about 12 inches below the ceiling. Will this mount allow the TV to be that high
Answer:	The vertical bar is 12" long. If you are talking about the distance from the ceiling to the top of the TV, I would say the max distance would be about 6" depending on the size of your TV and how the supplied mounting plate fits to it. Mine is 3" from the top of the TV, but I could extend it to about 6".
Question:	If this is installed on the front ceiling of my motorhome, will the tv vibrate too much driving down the road in the storage (up) position
Answer:	This is a great product. I also put ours on the ceiling up towards the front of our toy hauler. I will be installing some extra support though and using a bungee cord because it does vibrate. But would recommend. Another friend of mine bought one as well.

Answer:	Should work fine but you're going to need a hammer drill and bit to make the holes. And personally I'd go to the hardware store to get some good anchor bolts.
