First, please check your wall for wood studs, it cannot be used on concrete wall or drywall alone. Anchor needed is for concrete wall installation.

Next, the weight of your TV should be less than 99lbs (45kg).

Then, mounting holes distance on the back of TV must be less than 16" (400mm) horizontally and 16" (400mm) vertically.

Your TV should be at least 26 inch. Otherwise, you will see the bracket.

In addition, please check the area inside the 4 mounting holes to make sure there are not any plugs. Otherwise, the plate may block the plugs.

Finally, please check possible blocked cable/input.

Answer:	I've not used it on DVDs, but I'm sure it would be safe, not sure that it would be any more effective than a mild soap and warm water though. This does evaporate cleanly, as it should for a screen cleaner, so it should be fine on DVDs.

Answer:	Ya know Mike....don't know exactly the quantity you used each time....nor the kind of cloth you used to wipe....but I can tell you that what works incredibly for us with both Laptop screens, tv screens, Ipad screens, and Iphone screens is... First we spray a very very minimum light "spraying" on the surface of what every item we are cleaning....and the VERY LIGHTLY make just one or two passes over the screen....(using a cloth like is included, or a DRY MICROFIBER rag)....and then switch to a dry similar cloth and do it again.....being very careful to "not" press hard....and our screens look incredible....brighter...seemingly more colorful, etc. We are very happy with this item.

Question:	how far does the bracket extend from the wall? it isadvertised as 'low profile
Answer:	I'd say 3" - 4" when the TV is straight vertical. With a 50" TV, it can tilt about 8 degrees before the bottom touches the wall such that the top edge is 7" to 8" off the wall.
Question:	Can this hold a 70" flat screen? My TV weighs 90 lbs. However it said the range is up to 65" with weight up to 165 lbs
Answer:	The wallplate is 24" so it won't span 2 stud spaces (assuming studs @ 16" oc). I seriously doubt that you will be able to purchase just the wallplate. You could buy a complete assembly and just use the wallplate, but I don't think that is necessary. If you get a good solid screw connection to the center stud at the top and bottom of the wallplate, and use good quality toggle bolts at the ends of the wallplate into the drywall, that will be sufficient to carry the weight of a 50" TV. The connection to the stud will carry the weight of the TV; the toggle bolts will hold the wallplate tight to the wall at the ends.

Question:	How easy is it to adjust the height
Answer:	It can work on a pitched ceiling. Weather proof I have no clue but you can by Rust-Oleum paint and make it that way

Answer:	Yes, it is done in 3 steps. 1. Bracket to ceiling, 2. Bracket and pole to tv, 3. Attach #2 to #1. I bought the extender pole because my ceiling was higher. Hope this helps.
Question:	How do I find out if the stud can support the weight of this AND my tv? I want to avoid it and the ceiling from crashing down. This mount is heavy
Answer:	Top mounting bracket is 2.5" wide
Question:	It says it is adjustable from 20"-32" but where is that from the top to where top of the TV or center of the TV
Answer:	As it supports the weight of the TV, It will still have to be installed to something solid. I would mount directly to floor joist and pass through the drop ceiling.

Answer:	I did not attach them directly to the box, but right underneath. I would think that you would need a heavier plate cover to attach them to depending on the weight of your speakers. These brackets look real nice though.

Answer:	Hi i use it on a definitive 800 it's ok for me, for the 600 it is suppose to work. You will need longer bolt and nut to fix it on the speaker i hope it's help full.

Question:	How deep are the junction boxes? I am planning to install this in an exterior wall of a concrete block structure
Answer:	Looks like the same depth of a standard gang box. They are already install so i cant measure.
Question:	Can you purchase new wing-tabs? Mine buckled
Answer:	Same thing happened to me. I was able to re-adjust it and it worked. But I went over to Home Depot and they sell enclosure boxes for a couple dollars. My next step was to buy one and use the wing tabs off of that which were the same size.
Question:	Are there any air infiltration issues with the slot for hdmi/cables if used on an exterior wall
Answer:	You would have to use sealant around the fitting. The cables would be another story - perhaps some foam sealant could fill the gap but it wasn't designed to be air tight.
Question:	whats the difference between this and the pro-6 model
Answer:	What the others said. This one has a easy connect power cable, while with the pro-6 you have to wire up the outlets yourself. I bought the pro-6 and am now in the process of returning it because the connectors on the bottom box (the input box) were not very good. It could not properly hold the wires when I tightened the screws. Get the Two-CK.

Step 1 - Cut It - Drop it

Use included wall template to locate two small openings, one behind the TV and one below.

Use a utility knife or drywall saw (not included).

Drop the pre-wired 6 feet cable with PowerConnector down inside the wall along with your AV cables, pull through the lower wall opening.

Step 2 - Click It - Secure it

Simply click the PowerConnector you pulled through the lower opening, to the shorter 1 feet pre-wired PowerConnector of the inlet.

Secure both wall plates with a flat-blade screwdriver to release the back-tabs against the backside of the drywall.

Step 3 - Connect it - Power On

No electrical wiring required, simply plug in the supplied 6 feet white power-supply cord to the inlet and to your existing outlet or power-strip (not included).

It's really that easy.
