I am by no means construction savvy...or tool savvy in any way shape or form.
My partner was having a difficult time with putting up the tv - moreso because of our new building concrete walls. I decided to take a turn at putting up the mount.
The actual anchors were a touch too bendy for my liking and didn't necessarily go into the wall fully. HOWEVER, I managed to get it far enough into the wall to be sturdy.
Truly not sure how long this will stay up, but I'm happy to take the gamble.
Looks great on my wall, does what it needs to do, and is pretty much dummy proof!

| Answer: | Horizontally, yes, depending on the width of the TV, but only along the bracket up to the sides. |

| Answer: | Yes, just make sure about the TV inputs on your TV. If the HDMI inputs are on the back of the TV then you need more room for the cables or buy 90 degree adapters. If there are at the bottom or side inputs you can install as close to the wall as possible. |
| Question: | Can I mount the tv in a recessed area...ie does the tv have to slide onto the bracket from the side, or is it attached from the front |
| Answer: | This model did connect from the front. The main frame attatched to the wall and the brackets once attatched to the tv just dropped on to the frame. As far as a recessed space, you need to be able to access the rear of the tv once it's on to secure it safely... so keep it in mind. It really is a low profile mount so watch your space! |

It is a great mount. Good quality materials and very easy to install and at 1/2 the price from big box store. Came with different screws and hardwares for different style TV. Very slim and tilting feature helps reduce glare. Very happy with the purchase. By mounting tv on the wall, it free up space underneath TV for speakers and DVD player.
