Answer:	I am you can. The cost would be a concern, as well as the inability to confine the wires as you would need 4 wires 2 to carry load 1 neutral and one ground. I would think a 8 gage 3 with ground shielded cable would ge better. The only advantage I can see is it is very flexable

Answer:	We mounted an 11 pound TV to this and it works great! You have to turn the tension screw with the provided Allen wrench CLOCKWISE several (20 - 40 turns) and it will lower. Don't give up on it.

Answer:	The VESA pattern and weight is most important with this mount. The TV can be larger than the recommended size as long as it is within the weight limit and has a compatible VESA pattern.Thank you!
