Question:	can i know whats the specs for the drive inside? is it a 7200 rpm drive? Thank you
Answer:	It adds but it doesn’t combine. Technically... Like, it won’t register as 4TB, it will be 2 sets of 2TB. Where it just shows ‘System Storage: 2TB’, there will be a second one- ‘Extended Storage: 2TB’. The main thing is that an individual game (INCLUDING any associated DLC) must be wholly stored in one or the other. So you can’t have half of Skyrim installed in system storage and half in extended storage, nor Skyrim installed in system storage, and the Dawnguard Expansion (highly recommended, btw) in extended storage. Aside from that, there’s virtually no difference. I absolutely love it. I was so sick of having to delete something every time I got a new game I was seriously going to buy a second PS4, then they added this joint and I could’ve kissed Sony (which would be weird, since they’re a company and not an individual, among other things...). I cannot notice any difference in loading speed, etc between games on system storage and extended. I was also pleasantly shocked to discover that you CAN install a game in Ext Storage on one PS4, then plug the ext drive into another system and play it (with some restrictions of course- Obviously they won’t let you play it on both systems simultaneously- though that would be awesome.... Pretty sure you have to be logged on the same PSN account, and probably actively connected, but I think that’s about it.) And you can freely transfer content from system storage to ext storage back and forth quick and easy. I mean if it’s some monster 80Gb joint, you’ll probably want to go watch an episode of Naruto or something (What...? Shut up! Naruto’s awesome! Don’t judge me!) but ~20 mins is the longest I’ve ever seen it take. Average (~30Gb) only takes about 5 minutes. Note you cannot do anything else on the PS4 while it’s transferring, but hey... Oh, btw, I’m just talking about the feature in general, not this specific device. Mine is just a random normal Ext HD I picked up at Walmart for like $40 and it works great. Only requirement is that it supports USB 3.0, you don’t seem some special thing made for PS4. I can almost guarantee you those are identical to any regular HD. Except more expensive. So skip it and save yourself $30 bucks. Good ol’ Walmart. Never fails... Except that time they called the police and had me kicked out for ‘suspicious loitering’ (aka ‘shopping’). That was *kind of* a dick move... But the look on the managers face when I came back 10 minutes later with my receipt from Target next door where I’d just spent $400 ‘because apparently his employees didn’t want my money’ was priceless. Yeah, I’m just petty like that.

Answer:	These drives are targeted towards people with no technical knowledge. Any usb powered storage drive will work, as long as its usb3.0/3.1 and is 256GB or larger in capacity. It literally takes minutes to format a drive on a ps4/Xbox one.
Question:	Can I save my downloaded ps3 games on this device
Answer:	I would NOT turn the drive at all while it is running. The disk drive inside is writing data and recording it. You shouldn't touch or move the drive while data is writing to it. The little white light at the top of the drive is also blinking, indicating it's in use. DON'T touch or move the drive while in operation. When the light is off, and you can see the eject button on your computer and nothing is spinning Then it's done and you can safely eject the drive.

Answer:	Hello, The LaCie hard drives are designed to be compatible with most major Windows and Apple Mac computer systems and was not tested on anything other than those two operating systems so its uncertain whether the drive will respond to the Galaxy Note 10 phones, however you have the option to either format the drive to the corresponding file system and if the Galaxy Note 10 phones can support that file system then it might be possible. Answer:	To expand on the last answer, you cannot copy your game to the drive. You install the game disc to the external hard drive just like you do on the internal drive if your PS4. You must insert your disc to play the game even when it’s installed on the external drive. Your game disc is not copied like a file that you can open and play without inserting the disc.

Question:	Can I record while the camera is charging? If I have a portable charger, could I have the camera plugged into that and still record
Answer:	I think the answers are confusing to some. Here's the scoop. You can use an external battery pack like the one you charge your Iphone with or you can plug it into a USB port or you can use the 110v adapter with USB cable plugged in. When you do those following things the camera is running off those power sources and not your battery. And yes, you can record while plugged into those external power sources. The battery will not charge when doing that and recording but that should not be a problem. Charge your battery at home. Now start recording and when your battery gets low plug into your external battery pack or USB and keep going. I own this camera and did the experiment. I use this in my car as a dash cam and it's plugged into my cigarette lighter and it runs non stop without using the battery.

Answer:	After ~30 minutes on the phone with Sony (three different departments), I was informed that this is a 7200 RPM drive. The drive will spin-down during non-transfers/use. However, I encourage others to independently verify this information as the Sony reps seemed quite "shaky" in their technical knowledge. We had to agree to disagree on the Maximum Transfer rate stated on their website. The fastest consumer grade solid state drives top out around 550MBs; 6Gbs=625MBs (note the use of "B" and "b"). The tech did not seem to understand.

Answer:	This camcorder does not have wireless capabilities. You will spend a lot more to get a good camcorder that's wireless.
Question:	can you plug in an external mic
Answer:	I tested a 128 GB microSD card. It said I have a total of 10 hours and 55 minutes of record time.
Question:	Does this camera have balanced optical steady shot(BOSS) or just steady shot? On the Sony website it advertises BOSS but it doesn't say in the camera

Question:	what type of memory card does it use
Answer:	Mitch, are you smoking crack? This camera DOES NOT have Balanced Optical Steady Shot, it has the more typical version of Sony's optical image stabilization.... STEADYSHOT Optical SteadyShot™ with 5-axis Intelligent Active mode. Better read you Indian response cards a little better.
Question:	Does it make all that beeping sound everytime you open the screen? I bought it to film hunts and that won't be acceptable
Answer:	Hi Richard, you can reord while the camera is plugged in to a wall socket or USB power supply but the battery will not be charged while doing so. The camera should be powered off to charge the battery. Thanks_Mitch
