Answer:	First, I don’t recommend this Android Box at all. I returned the one I purchase because it did not allowed me to update the Netflix app. It kept giving me an error that the Android 10 operating system is too new to work with the app I was trying to update. Secondly, I could not even download the DISNEY plus app. Again received the same message, Android 10 version will not work with this app. Unbelievable right? So I finally gave in and return the box back for a full refund. So, whatever apps you are trying to see if it works, I probably recommend getting an Android Box with OS 8.1 or 9. Good luck.

Answer:	Can't find disney+ in the app store. Netflix works but you can't browse through to find a film. And I haven't tried prime yet. It might have the same issue as Netflix. The only way to make it work is if you search the title of the movie you want to watch.

Question:	My google play store doesn’t work. What can I do
Answer:	Are you signed into your google account? If that doesn't work, try uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Try rebooting the box by unplugging it and plugging it back in. Try resetting the box to factory. If all those fail, send the box back for a replacement, although I don't think it's the box.
Question:	Do i have to pay subscription to be able to watch live channels
Answer:	You don’t need to, but if you want all channels in full HD with limited down time then it’s advisable. You get what you pay for with free tv.
Question:	Would this work with a logitech webcam for skype
Answer:	I doubt it. I assume you want to connect webcam to TV Box USB input, which is supposed to just connect to a source of video files, like a thumb drive with MP4 files. Look for an Android ap that would support a webcam and ask the ap developer if it would work in your situation. Logitech cam expects to be connected to internet connected PC/Laptop.
