Question:	I want to see how much time is left in the video. Is there a way to display the time
Answer:	Not that I'm aware of. You can adjust the volume, subtitles, language, ratio, and there's also an option to zoom. I haven't seen an option for length or minutes left in the film but if you stop midway and come back to the film it will ask if you want to start over or resume where you left off. It does not display the time.
Question:	I need to play a video clip over and over. Is there a loop mode on the menu
Answer:	Videos loop seamlessly and indefinitely. The player will also automatically start back up with no user intervention in the event of power failure.
Question:	Can I automatically loop my video with this player. Example: I have a one minute video that I want to loop at our trade show booth. Will this device loop the video
Answer:	Yes, you can. I sell trade show exhibits and this the only unit I use. You can set up the tv at the start of the show and it will just loop the video over and over.

Answer:	It does not seem to be limited. I have run as many as 11 from one XOGO using daisy chained splitters. The splitter regenerates the signal so all TVs should get a good signal. I also put HDMI extenders on them up to 200 feet so they all feed from the electronics room.

Answer:	Hi there. There is only one output (HDMI) on either of our players, but you could easily split that output using an HDMI splitter and connect as many TVs as you like. If running cabling to each of the TVs from one player is too difficult OR if you'd like to be able to play different material on each screen then you would need a dedicated player for each TV. In that case there is an additional monthly or annual cost for each player which gets lower the more that are connected. Answer:	Yes. There is no limit to the number of devices that you can manage from the same account. With that being said, like other systems our software is priced based on the number of devices that are connected to us with a sliding scale of discounts the more you add. Answer:	Hi Brandon, Thanks for asking. Yes, as stated in the descriptions there is a recurring fee. Most all cloud-based signage systems are Saas (Software as a Service) just like MS Word and most other business software in the cloud. Question:	I have 3 branchs, each branch has 5 screens, what is the total number of players i need to buy
Answer:	The simple answer is 15. That will be the easiest to install and offer the most flexibility. If you want to try to save costs however then read on... Each player can only drive one independent output. You can connect more than one screen per player using an HDMI splitter and long cabling but all screens would play the same thing. At a minimum you will need three players: one for each branch location plus three HDMI splitters and long HDMI cabling. If instead you want the ability to play different things on each of the screens then you will definitely need one player per screen which means fifteen total. Answer:	I haven't been able to get it play anything larger than 4.25GB.Update - all of my video files are in MP4 format. Although the player couldn't play any MP4s larger than 4.25GB, when I converted some of the larger files (up to 9GB) to MKV format, and formatted the USB drive as NTFS, it played them without problems.

Question:	Can this display short videos for Video Ads
Answer:	Yes. It does support a "limited amount" of video use within the playlist. Unfortunately we can't be much more specific because it depends on what other features you're using (scrolling text, Twitter feeds, etc), how long the videos are and which app you're using to run the video, among other factors. It's a great little player but if you found that it wasn't sufficient for your needs we could help you swap it out for our step-up Chromebox-based player which is also available on Amazon. I guess I could describe an example... There is at least one company that is running an advertising network with our system that started with this Lite player. Their playlist grew to about 15 minutes long, using almost every feature that we offer, but focusing on lots of short videos. That was about the limit of what this player would reliably handle and so we eventually swapped them all out for our Chromebox model. I know 15 minutes doesn't sound like a lot, but the ads were 15 seconds long and so it was a large quantity of videos plus a ton of other features that they were using on-screen. Hope this helps!

Even older displays without HDMI can be functional with a low cost adapter such as a VGA to HDMI adapter. The only difference between a TV and a monitor essentially is the lack of speakers on a monitor. You can share calendars, post messages or photos and also communicate via social apps using this system.

You need once device per screen if you need/want the ability to show different information on the screens at the same time. Since each Screenly only has a single HDMI video output you would need an HDMI distribution amplifier (slitter) to display the same content on multiple screens. HDMI distribution amplifiers require a power source and take a single HDMI input and split it into multiple copies for sending to multiple displays.
