Answer:	This Sam character must be selling the Kinovo unit, he mentions he has them both but likes the Kinovo better...lol. Obviously does not know how the aukey works. Kinovo looks cheap. The Aukey command button is plastic but has a milled aluminum look which is sharp and modern looking. The answer to the google now question is...YES!!! It does work with google now/"ok google". You simply hit the phone button for a second and then say "ok google. You will hear the beep tone and see the transfer to your phone. You can say "ok google" and tell your phone to make calls from your contacts or actually say the number. "ok google, call home"...or "call 415 555 1234". All "ok google" commands will work as if you are speaking into your phone. Further, here is the way to get it to play your music as well. And, if you download the Samsung Smart Switch app to your computer you can download your itunes music in its entirety or even select specific playlists. Here's how: Once you download the "smart switch" app from the samsung website, open it and plug in your phone to your computer via usb. Next, on your phone screen, use two fingers to touch the top of your screen and drag down. Be sure you get the white screen, not the blue one...can be a bit tricky but keep trying until it registers correctly. You'll see the "usb charging" white box, click on it and another screen will appear. Tap the "file transfer" button. Now you're ready. Your Smart Switch screen will show three tabs, click the restore tab. next, click the "select a different backup" box at the bottom left. Smart Switch screen will change and on the top left you will see a drop down box with "samsung device data" selected, click the arrow and select "itunes backup data". Screen will change again. Uncheck the boxes for the data you do not want to transfer, i.e. photos, documents, app list . Now, two last glitches to correct. 1) When you say "ok google" follow by saying "play music with samsung music" and it should find and play. If not, you need to disable your default music player--google music. Look up how to do this--it's easy and fast. 2) you will need to set your phone up so the "ok google" command will work from any screen even if the phone is locked. I do not recall the exact process so I suggest looking it up on the internet "how to have google now work from locked phone/any screen." It was an easy process that did not require any downloads. How you know you are doing it correctly is it will take you to a voice recognition screen so your "ok google" command will only work with your voice. This is important when phone is locked. This aukey device works almost exactly like the hands free bluetooth systems on the latest cars. Exactly what I was looking for. Oddly, when I asked aukey customer service if this would work with siri or google now...they said NO. Crazy sh*t, man, they don't even know their own products! I guess this response to the "ok google" question will be responsible for increasing their sales through Amazon 10-fold! Hey aukey..."how bout a little something for the effort".

Answer:	It creates a simulated high-definition picture that can look fine. However, many 4K sets these days already upscale any DVD feed (to 1080p) or even 1080p feed (to 4K), and it may sometimes happen that a player that is upscaling will have the results clash with the upscaling feature available with the set. This happened with my player and I had to go to its menu and disable the upscaling feature. The player then worked fine.

Answer:	If you want to upscale via HDMI, it will not display the CC. HDMI doesn't support CC, nor do modern TVs, except for broadcast where it is government-mandated. The old composite (yellow) connection is analog and will show CC, but then what's the point of having an upscaling player? HD incompatibility with CC (not to be confused with subtitles) has been an major issue in the deaf community since the government, in its rush to digital, forgot about it. Now, however, some BluRay players, like Sony 3500 and 3700, have a CC decoder built in that reads and transfers DVD's CC (BDs all have subtitles) before they gets to the HDMI cable so they will finally show up on a modern TV, which is not equipped to decode CC via HDMI. While the decoder used to be in the the old analog CRTs, now it is in the new players after being missing from HDMI until 2015. The Sony 510H is not among the players that decode CC through HDMI, so if you're hearing-impaired and a DVD has CC rather than subtitles, you're stuck with composite. Frustratingly, modern TVs won't even read CC via the better-looking component video inputs (red/green/blue + audio)--which they should because these are analog as well).
