Answer:	The device is a converts 110-24- V AC to 12v DC (3 amp) power supply. It takes an accepts a 5 - 24 V DC input for the control that is used to trigger the action of controlled device. The small pamphlet that comes with the device shows a magnetic lock connected to the COM & NC connections. A push button can be connected to the PUSH/GND to temporarily disconnect the 12v supply to the COM/NC/NO connection to the electronic magnetic lock is de-energized for up to 15 seconds While the pamphlet provides CONTROL+ and CONTROL- which is labeled as a DC 5-24V IN it does not have any other documentation on the purpose of these connections.

Video Intercom Test

We are hope the following points can help you solve. First test the wired video doorbell with the white cable inside our box.

1. Test the doorbell: Can 2 people to test or (camera and monitor)maintain a distance of more than 10ft, too close will produce harsh noise, but this is normal.
2. If the screen shows black /blue/, please check if the power/ cable/ is connected,there is a protective film on the display.so look a little old.
3. If the intercom has no sound or is too small, please adjust the last turbine on the right side of the screen.
4. If the door camera call does not ring, please reconnect the power.
5. Max distance from outdoor unit to indoor unit for 330ft.
6. You can use 4-core cable or 8-core network cable to wiring.

Answer:	In the smart life app hit the + sign and choose socket. Plug the socket into the wall and hold the power button until you hear a sound and it’ll begin to blink quickly. Follow the directions in the app. If the socket stops blinking while connecting press the power button again until it starts blinking again. Make sure you’re socket is plugged in near your internet modem while setting it up. Also make sure your phone is near the socket. After it’s set up you can plug it into any plug in the house but initially it has to be programmed close to your wifi modem. Hope it helps.

Answer:	If your lock needs a Normally Closed contact, then add an RY-18L form C relay. The relay built into the master is a Normally Open contact and wont handle "Maglocks", so an external relay like the RY-18L would be needed.
