Question:	Can I get notifications on my laptop and/or the ability to live view from a pc
Answer:	Currently our doorbell can't receive notification on the laptop and view it in real time on the PC.
Question:	can the doorbell be mounted horizontally
Answer:	There is nothing that forbids the product to be mounted horizontally, all hardware parts still work. However, the picture frame you get from the app will also be that angle as it can not be rotated in the app. So this usage is not recommended! We recommend to place it vertically and, if needed, use the angle mount to adjust the angle. Thank you!
Question:	Can I use 128gb sd card
Answer:	Not recommended. You can use an SD card that doesn't exceed 64GB, but 128GB is not recommended as it may slow the read and write speed.
Question:	Is this weather resistant
Answer:	The doorbell is IP65 waterproof and can endure the temperature -20°C to 50°C. So basically it can survive mild rainy days, hot days, and some snow days. But if you are using it in a cold area, we'd suggest hardwiring, as cold weather may cause the battery to drain quickly.

Answer:	This is the main thing I don't like about Ring Pro, they have not bothered to make it work with live view for Windows 7. This tells me that like many companies they don't care or bother to make their products backward compatible. If you decided to upgrade to Windows 10 despite all negative pushy attempts to force it upon us by Microsoft, you are in the Live View club. If you choose to stick with Windows 7 and wait until Windows 10 OS issues are resolved before upgrading or buying a new system, your out of luck. Thanks, Ring! Answer:	No, there is no internal battery. It needs to supply continuous power to it.
Question:	What is the storage capacity of the device? Approximately how many records will it hold before it runs out of space? Can more storage be added
Answer:	The amount of recordings greatly depends on too many variables to answer this question. I have mine set at 2k, recording during all doorbell rings and motion detection in the medium sensitivity setting only at night. The kids like to play with the doorbell, and we get fairly frequent deliveries so it sees quite a bit of traffic. It currently is storing over 100 video clips for the past 10 days.
Question:	What's the power requirement to the doorbell? What voltage is required
Answer:	16v @ 30VA is the standard voltage for doorbells in the US, which is why the Eufy uses it. This translates to 16V @ 1.875 A. It is very inexpensive to buy a power adapter with these specs, an Amazon search shows several basic power adapters for less than $12. You can even search for “doorbell transformer” on Amazon and see dozens of options for $10-$15, including ones that plug into a wall outlet. Note that you can go higher on the amps (Useful for very long wire runs), but the voltage needs to be in the 16V-20V range otherwise you risk damaging the doorbell and creating a potential safety concern.

Answer:	The small charging indicator next to the USB port will be blue once fully charged. The APP will display the battery level, which can be charged as needed. Please contact us if there is any problem.

Answer:	No. It comes with a portable chime you connect through a USB port, like on a computer or tv or you can use the charger box adapter it comes with to plug it in a wall. But I like that when you download the CloudEdge app on your smartphone, and pair it to your phone, your phone will chime and you can answer the door through its intercom from your phone anywhere... inside the house or while you are out shopping!
Question:	How long does it take to charge
Answer:	Usually, it will take about 8-10 hours charging. Please make sure to place the battery with the correct polarity. When the APP prompts that the doorbell battery is too low, please charge the doorbell in time. If the battery is overused, it may cause the doorbell to fail to charge. Question:	I have att. both 2.4 and 5.0. do i have to turn off the 5.0 or will the camera see i have both and choose the 2.4 wifi
Answer:	When the device supports only 2.4GHz wifi (which is basically all these smart devices due to better coverage then the 5GHz) then does not matter if u have 5GHz wifi in your home as it cannot see it anyway. You can even have both 2.4 & 5 GHz SSIDs (names) the same and it will work just fine (I have it set up that way and all my devices pick the router and 2.4 or 5 GHz based on the signal quality).

Answer:	If you point it towards the garage can it can monitor it. If the garbage can was already stolen then no it can not time travel.

Answer:	One day after installing a Ring 2 , Rings notification came up to sign up for a plan. There is no workaround to get access to the Ring devices functions as any attempt leads back to the notification screen. Be aware that ring is useless without the basic plan at $30.55 per device.

Answer:	Yes. The product names are VERY CONFUSING so pay careful attention. This is the second gen of the RING DOORBELL, the standard, "entry-level" version of the product. It has a built-in battery, which means, in order to recharge the doorbell, you have to take the entire doorbell off. The RING 2 is the upgraded product, which has a "quick switch" battery. I have 2 batts, keep one charged so I can swap them as needed. RING 3 is the upgraded, new version of RING 2. Essentially the same with a couple new features. Hope that helps.

Answer:	User Ritap and Willie H Watson Jr. are not right or maybe partially right. At first I got the arlo 2 pro that came with a hub and a wireless camera. Without a monthly pay subscription you will still get notifications and video of motion activation via Arlo app for free. Video will stop about 8 sec. after motion. View in app for at least 5 days or more. I believe there is a cap to how much time recording you have access to before oldest starts getting deleted. So, yes with video access with monthly subscription. Arlo says yes and tells about it in other questions for this item. The paid monthly subscription gives you features like local and cloud storage that gives you control of recordings, ect.

Question:	How long does the battery last, on average
Answer:	Mine lasts abput 10 - 14 days per charge. I didn't think it was feasible to constantly have to take it down to charge, so I hard wired it. I couldn't be happier now that I did that. I have constant power to the unit and the batteries keep charged. Ahould there be a power outage it still can record & do its thing
Question:	How does this attcach to your house
Answer:	I have a stucko wall so I used anchor screws which are included. If your wall is wood, just use the screws directly into the wood. It is The hood of the unit that actually mounts to your wall, the camera/door bell clicks into the hood. A set screw at the bottom of the hood locks it into the camera. Tools needed are a screw drive and if using the anchors, a 3/16 in Drill bit and drill.
Question:	Can I access live footage away from home and WiFi connection
Answer:	Yes you can log in to the app than you can see live video on your app. Even you are not at home. Just make sure your phone connect to WiFi or data.
Question:	What is the current pricing structure for cloud storage
Answer:	You can use the cloud for a charge monthly of $2.99 but if you put a memory card you can access it from anywhere you have internet connection anyway.
