Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. All existing customers who have an account created on or before 4/15/2020 will receive free cloud storage on all devices added to their account going forward, including Mini, and Blink Indoor and Outdoor.
Question:	Will this connect to my existing blink (last generation) system
Answer:	Yes, the New Blink Outdoor camera can be added to your existing Blink System.
Question:	How fast do they begin recording after motion? My arlo cameras continually miss cars coming in the driveway
Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.

Answer:	Mine lasts abput 10 - 14 days per charge. I didn't think it was feasible to constantly have to take it down to charge, so I hard wired it. I couldn't be happier now that I did that. Answer:	I have a stucko wall so I used anchor screws which are included. If your wall is wood, just use the screws directly into the wood. It is The hood of the unit that actually mounts to your wall, the camera/door bell clicks into the hood. A set screw at the bottom of the hood locks it into the camera. Tools needed are a screw drive and if using the anchors, a 3/16 in Drill bit and drill.

But I like that when you download the CloudEdge app on your smartphone, and pair it to your phone, your phone will chime and you can answer the door through its intercom from your phone anywhere... inside the house or while you are out shopping!

Answer:	When the device supports only 2.4GHz wifi (which is basically all these smart devices due to better coverage then the 5GHz) then does not matter if u have 5GHz wifi in your home as it cannot see it anyway. Video Intercom Test

We are hope the following points can help you solve. First test the wired video doorbell with the white cable inside our box.

1. Test the doorbell: Can 2 people to test or (camera and monitor)maintain a distance of more than 10ft, too close will produce harsh noise, but this is normal.
2. If the screen shows black /blue/, please check if the power/ cable/ is connected,there is a protective film on the display.so look a little old.
3. If the intercom has no sound or is too small, please adjust the last turbine on the right side of the screen.
4. If the door camera call does not ring, please reconnect the power.
5. Max distance from outdoor unit to indoor unit for 330ft.
6. You can use 4-core cable or 8-core network cable to wiring.

NOTE:
