Question:	will this work for fm stations that have odd frequency like 95.5 etc
Answer:	I like this little radio so much I bought it again after I misplaced the 1st one. It tunes in very well. Receives our 1000 watt, university station (88.3). My only beef is the bottom is so slim it struggles to stand upright if the music has a lot of bass. Certainly not a deal breaker. Love this little radio.

Answer:	I just sat here and did it personally before answering. Yes, you absolutely can play the radio, or MP3s while charging. When connected to a charge cable, the "charging" icon appears. Press the "mode" button to turn on the radio. If you have a TF/SD card installed with MP3s. it will default to that mode and begin playing. Press the FM/AM button to switch to the band you want, or the SW button to play shortwave bands. The "charging" indicator continues to show it's charging the entire time. And yes, also you can connect the power cable and play the radio with no battery in it, although it says in the manual not to. Not really sure how it cold hurt the radio to do so???

For preset station to no.1 button. 1) By push">>II"button to find your prefer station. 2) push orange "Memo 5" button for 2 sec . You will see the "CH XX" flashing. 3) Key in number 01 now show CH 01. 4) Push play button ">II" once and push again one more time to save it to memory OK . Done. You can preset 80 stations on FM, 60 on AM 300 on SW. For me I will not preset more then total 20 stations. WHY ?

The 4-way power is this: it has a handle you can turn to charge it, that's 1; it has a solar panel for charging, that's 2; it has a lithium ion (or something) battery that you can plug into the wall to charge, that's 3; and you can also put 3 AA batteries in it to power it, that's 4. 4-ways to charge it. I liked this radio, but wish I had bought the digital one for a few bucks more.

Answer:	yes it does. on my particular radio there is a religious broadcast at 9980. the 10000 beacon comes in very close to that station. when i say very close, i mean VERY close. but with an analog dial your results may vary. hope this helps.

Answer:	This unit does not have an antenna jack. You can, however, attach a piece of long wire to the telescopic antenna using an alligator clip. The end result is the same. Even a 20 foot wire will at least double your signal strength.

Question:	Does it work or make the reception better w/ the Tecsun PL
Answer:	I can't say for the Tecsun 380 but use it with a Tecsun 310et and Tecsun PL660 with very good results and have picked up places like Australia and New Zealand from southeast Ohio. I think the main difference between the 310 and 380 is that the 310 has an external antenna jack.

Answer:	For the direct connection to work, the radio must have a jack (like the headphone jack) marked antenna. Not all radios have this direct connection and that is why Sangean includes the clip on pictured which attaches to your radio's telescopic antenna.
Question:	Would this product help with picking up fm stations on my fm/am portable stereo? i have trouble with midrange power fm stations at my workplace
Answer:	Yes it worked great for me. I receive about twice as many FM stations.
Question:	Does the antenna "base" have adhesive/magnet on the bottom? Would like to put the antenna where one of the two is required
Answer:	Sorry Jack, there is no adhesive/magnet on the bottom. There is a lanyard with a plastic clip that you could attach to a hook screwed into the bark of a tree or side of a building.Hope that helps you.Ron
