Answer:	In the description it says lifetime warranty. Usually speakers don't just stop working. The sound will become distorted. Check the devise the speakers are hooked to.

Question:	im really new to this speaker thing can someone give me a break down on how they work and what materials ill need to play music from my iphone
Answer:	There may be other ways of doing it but here is how I use mine, including from an iPod:You typically need a stereo receiver/tuner. I got a used one off of eBay. The one I got is a simple 2:1 which means 2 speakers to one tuner. A 5:1 would be 5 speakers into 1 tuner. You would use speaker wire to connect the rock speakers to the back of the tuner. I used heat wrap connectors to connect the speaker wires to the speakers as mine are used out doors and the heat wrap connectors seal out the water. Also just FYI if you want to use the tuner to play like an FM radio station you will need an antena. This also would plug into the back of the receiver/tuner. To use your iPod you will need an RCA to single male adapter. The RCA cord usually has a red and white cable this will then go into a single male side that will go into your iPod. The RCA red and white will then plug into the back of the tuner. It usually doesn't matter where. For instance I have mine plugged into the CD plugs. I then use the I put dial to put it to CD and my iPod then plays through it just fine. There may also be ways to go wireless if you wish. But the above way is how I have booked mine up. I have it this way outside by my pond and again in my garage. Just regular speakers in the garage though. I have enjoyed the rock speakers. The suit my purposes. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Answer:	I do believe that this set of outdoor speakers did come with speaker wire. Not sure on length but sounds right. I upgraded wire to Monster brand and did own installation. Love them because they match, almost exactly, a set I had purchased years ago at Costco.

Answer:	So I had the 1 speaker sitting on the porch and was moving the other one around to see how far apart they could be, at one point I had them roughly 40 feet away from one another and they still worked fine.. i didn't try them one inside one outside and im also sure it depends on your wifi connection.

Realistic Finish in Three Sizes

These Powered Bluetooth rocks are sold in a pair including a Child speaker and a Parent speaker. They are finished in realistic granite gray to match most outdoor decor and available in 3 sizes with 4.5", 6.5" or 8" woofers.

Connection Option 1: Bluetooth

Simply plug in the Parent speaker with the AC adapter to an electrical outlet, connect the Child speaker to the Parent speaker using additional speaker wire and turn on your Bluetooth device. Search for 'Theater Solutions Rock' and press connect. The Parent speaker will then announce 'Done'. You are then free to play music from your device.

Easy Set-Up

The Parent speaker is equipped with a speaker lead wire to connect to the Child speaker using additional speaker wire. It also has a speaker lead wire to connect to your receiver, connector for the AC adapter and Bluetooth receiver. The Child speaker is equipped with only a speaker lead wire to connect to the Parent speaker. The Parent speaker is required to power the Child speaker.

Connection Option 2: Passive

You can also easily use this pair as passive speakers by connecting to your receiver. Simply connect the Child speaker to the Parent speaker and connect the Parent speaker to the speaker out connection of your receiver using additional speaker wire. The AC power cord is not required for this connection option because the receiver will power the speakers.
