Question:	How loud is it because I want a cheap speaker but a really loud bass one is this the one I should get
Answer:	The faceplate is separate from the case. It's thicker than a normal screen protector and has a frame that coordinates and blends nicely with the case. The frame also make it easier to apply without bubbles. You do have to be careful to fully clean the screen and ensure no dust or fuzz are on the screen, but the included screen cleaner (basically a bit of tape) does the job well. I've had no problems with responsiveness to touch with the faceplate. I use swipe extensively. I don't have any problems with fingerprint recognition with the home button, or access/ usability of any buttons or ports. I highly recommend this case/faceplate combo and only wish there were more color options. Both my teenagers, and my mom use this case on their phones and really like it, too.

Answer:	The antenna is hot glued inside the unit around the perimeter (some of it runs under a circuit board). It is one of the black wires about 1.5 ft. long. Unless you live above the radio station the reception will be terrible. To get better reception you need to remove the screws and take off the top. Carefully break the antenna free from the glue and unwind it. Drill a small hole in the back and thread the antenna through the hole. Put it back together and position the antenna wire so that you get the best reception. Make sure that you identify and ONLY pull (it will take some effort) on the antenna wire when breaking it free and be careful not to damage any of the other components or wires.
