As of this writing (17SEP2019) it works perfectly, I use my Microsoft Surface Pro 6 to remove the DRM and then I load the movies & TV shows to SanDisk iXpand

Answer:	I downloaded over 7,500 files from my iPhone 7 to my Dell laptop. It was surprisingly fast, BUT! 1.) The dates of all my images were changed to the date of the download, so I have no idea when I took the photos. 2.) iXpand did not download any of the videos that I took with my phone; said that they were corrupt and/or missing audio. In fact, the movies play beautifully on my phone and when I downloaded them directly from the iPhone. Of course, that begs the question of why bother having this thumb drive if you have to connect your phone to your computer.

Answer:	For slides an 8gb drive should be fine. You figure that an 8gb drive will hold a few high quality movies, or a few thousand high quality songs. It should hold thousands of slides even with images.

Answer:	That SanDisk Cuiser is 128GB. That's a VERY BIG STORAGE capacity. To find out how big a file you are trying to save, just click on that file to highlight it, then press COMMAND plus the letter I. It will bring up a dialog box with all the information about the file you are trying to save, especially the size. Then, as an added measure, once a certain file is Highlighted, go to VIEW, scroll down to VIEW OPTIONS and check the SIZE box. That will show you in text the size of the files on your desktop. NOW....you say you want to back-up EVERYTHING on your laptop. In that case I would recommend an EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE with at least 1TB, that's TERABITES, of storage capacity. Question:	Will these work on PS
Answer:	The only issue is that you have a c type plug so you have to save on USB transfer to comp and retransfer to iPhone. Unless you get a c plug to iPhone plug adapter
Question:	How does the packaging come? Do they come separate or packed in the same bag
Answer:	Sorry I don't the answer to that. I only that this USB does not work with S9plus

Answer:	I'm not sure how many it can hold but I had about 800 and it was no problem.

Answer:	I believe there is no software. Also, this drive is very slow to transfer data.

Answer:	You can't select tracks from a thumb drive. The songs will play in the order they are listed. You can, however, skip over a song.
