Question:	Can I buy several to use simultaneously throughout the house? Like a cheap alternative to whole-house audio system
Answer:	Everyone saying no is wrong, the question is: is it worth it? Thats up to you. What you can do is this: Get a Bluetooth to aux receiver. Then get a aux splitter. Run 3.5mm aux cables to each anker speaker. Transmit to the Bluetooth to aux receiver. #done. Audio quality will be lacking as you're splitting it to 2,3,4,etc speakers and you're probably going to be running long cables which will cause loss as well. Best thing to do is get a proper sound system and wire it throughout the house with good speaker wire or get a decent system and just blast it in the middle of your house to hear it lol

Left fully charged all the time one can probably expect a life of 3 to 5 years vs: maybe 5 to 6 years when left partially charged. The batteries in this are standard 16850s and can be replaced easily - just pry off the grill from the edges to reveal the screws retaining the speakers.

Question:	when scanning for FM stations, how do you get it stop on the channel you want? If I press the play button it goes back to the first station it was on
Answer:	Holding down the play button will scan for radio stations. Let it finish scanning and it will stop at first saved station. Press and hold volume button up to select next saved station. The stations are saved automatically. Hope I helped.
Question:	Does it really have a 66 ft bluetooth range
Answer:	The range depends on a lot of factors. Things such as: line of site (walls or any furniture in the way); other bluetooth devices; the strength of any nearby wifi (the frequencies are very close); etc. will effect the distance it will work. If you go out to a field, with no other devices anywhere nearby, and a clear line of sight, you might get 66 ft out of it. However, for most of us, you'll never get it to work over that distance.
Question:	how do you know which FM station you're tuned to -- any kind of readout
Answer:	Nightmare! Plan for an hour of attempts to get your station tuned in. And, after you've celebrated, be SO, SO cautious about adjusting the volume - because TUNING and VOLUME are the same button. The difference is the length of time you hold down the button. After celebrating finally getting tuned to our local FM station, I tried to increase the volume, but lost the station. The hour plus process began again. I'm now afraid to touch the volume. Regarding the sound quality: fine, no problem!

Answer:	Several people have reported different results so I experimented. I find that the Anker SoundCore mini will not play from AUX while recharging from a USB data host such as a PC (whether or not the host is trying to use it as a USB client). However, if I try to charge the Anker SoundCore mini from a non-data USB charging source, then it will play sound over AUX with a loud static hiss. It's probably a ground loop being amplified. I installed a small inexpensive "ground loop isolator" which you can also find on Amazon and this cleared the problem entirely. Answer:	You have an older car so you shouldn't have a problem. If your car has a socket/port for either a USB audio jack or a male 3.5mm audio jack you should be okay. If your car has Wi-Fi there are several Wi-Fi broadcasters that you can plug into the player and it should broadcast through your radio. I bought this setup to try in a new car which these days, as you probably know, doesn't come with the CD player. That drives me crazy. This unit I bought to see if it will work as it's the male jack that came with the player but the car doesn't have a female input, only a USB input. This is what I bought to see if I can bridge that gap. Zimrit 3.5mm Male AUX Audio Jack to USB 2.0 Male Charge Cable Adapter Cord 3 Feet (3.5mm Aux 3 feet). Haven't tried it yet so don't know if that works or not. But yeah, I think, as I said because of your older car, it might work for you. I can't guarantee that but it's worth a try. Question:	I just got this and i can not get this to connect to my jbl extreme.. i believe it is because the new connect button.. anybody else have this issue
Answer:	Here's the most likely solution (my comments copied from another website about the JBL Connect app). I finally figured out how to make the JBL Connect app work, so that it now plays in stereo mode through my two Flip 3 speakers (left channel comes out of one speaker and right channel comes out of the other speaker) with virtually no dropouts. The key is to connect ONLY ONE speaker when you make the initial Bluetooth pairing under your device's Settings (Apple iPad: Settings/Bluetooth in my case) otherwise Bluetooth continually tries to connect with the other speaker, causing interference and repeated dropouts. It may say that one of the speakers is "not connected" but just ignore that. The important thing is to NOT have both speakers connected under your device's Bluetooth settings. Only one speaker should appear as connected here, so do whatever it takes to disconnect second speaker from Bluetooth, or make it "disappear": turn the speaker's power off and then back on, turn the iPad's Bluetooth switch off and then on again, click on "Forget this device", etc. (and DO NOT RENAME either speaker—it causes problems with the Connect function.) Then, with only one speaker paired via Bluetooth (but both speakers turned on) press the Connect button on each speaker (the button with the bowtie-shaped icon) and wait for both speakers to connect to each other. The bluetooth-connected speaker takes over and sends out the signal to the other speaker via the Connect function. Once you have done this setup procedure you don't have to repeat it. You will only have to turn on your device's bluetooth, turn on both speakers and press both "Connect" buttons (in most cases you won't have to press the speaker's bluetooth button— one speaker should pair automatically to your iPad or other device via bluetooth, once you have done the initial pairing). If you experience any problems, simply turn the power off both speakers, and then back on again and press the Connect button on each speaker again. Doing it a second time always works if the first attempt is unsuccessful, (or if, sometime later after listening for a while, you hear any dropouts) but usually the first attempt works with no problem.

The Flip 3 was the best of the Flip series, Loud with lots of Bass, Long Battery life, microphone and 3.5mm inpui jack. Flip 4 were not as loud and did not threw off as much bass as the Flip 3 and had less battery life. The Flip 5 has less power/volume, less bass and the worst battery life and no 3.5mm input jack and no microphone, so you cant answer calls with the Flip 5. JBL has gone down the tubes! If you are looking for good, bass booming sound, get a Harmon Kardon Onyx-1, those were the best! But avoid the Onyx-2 to Onyx-5 they are awful.

Answer:	As I have tested it, the max range in an unobstructed straight line is one-tenth (1/10) of a mile (528 feet). I put my phone on a stand six feet high off the ground. Holding the JBL Clip 3 speaker above my head, I walked in a straight line away from the phone. (Samsung Galaxy S4). No joke. Seriously, I truly got it that far! And BTW, I highly recommend it! I've had mine for 5 months so far and I use it almost every day. It still functions just like the day I pulled it out of the box. GREAT sound quality for the price. It also has a super long battery life; I am able to play mine for a whole day (12 hours) on 70% volume! Hope that helps :)
