Answer:	Absolutely. You may even lose a few of those extra pounds. After owning this sub for a year, my blood pressure has dropped back to normal. Answer:	As far as studio monitors, you are correct, they are not completely neutral. They are very efficent speakers however and far exceed the power ratings Klipsch specifies. Their ideal situation is really for home theather rear or side channel surround sound as effects channels. They also make a very powerful, high-fi bookshelf companion for a mini system. I am currently using them in a 7.2 Atoms setup and they knock it out of the park. If you are truely looking for 1-1 studio monitors, Yahmaha is they way to go but have your checkbook ready. ;)

Answer:	Yep they'll work. It has 4 wire, 2 for the high drive and 2 for the low drive. Make sure to wire the high posative and low positive together and same for the negative. They sound great

Answer:	Yes but keep in mind they are left and right speakers in one so it takes two pair of speaker wires and then you have to keep in mind ohms they are 8 ohms so normal your amp will run 4 ohms to 16 ohms meaning you can get away with two speakers off each side with out using some sort of switch to balance ohms

In order to get a refund, I was told I needed to ship the bed back to them on my own dime. Amazon couldn't even use their pick-up service for heavy items b/c of their arrangement with this company (for which they awkwardly refused to explain why). It was all on me and my disabled self to get the bed down three flights of stairs and take it to a shipping company. After f-bombing for three days, I went onto eBay and found a replacement control box for significantly less than the cost and effort of shipping back the bed. Will never purchase another thing from Giantex after this experience. Never.

Answer:	It is water resistant, which isn't the same as waterproof. Don't put it so low that it will be immersed in water during the monsoon season. I find it will work fine in normal weather. Hurricanes (or typhoons) and extreme downpours may cause performance issues longterm. If you are concerned you can always move to the US Mountain West. It does fine in moderate rain & snow and (regular and) long dry spells with beautiful blue skies.

Question:	Can these speakers be set to reproduce sounds on THX mode
Answer:	Yes, using a dual RCA cable from the CD player to the analog inputs on The Three II making sure to set the switch beside those inputs to "Line".
Question:	If these were added to a Klipsch 5.1 set up, with 7.2 ready receiver would it be Atmos capable
Answer:	Yes, The Three II handles both "line level" analog source input as well as turntables that require a phono pre-amp section. However there is only one analog input with an input type switch and it is must be set to handle either "Phono" or "Line" type inputs, so you just need to set that switch appropriately. If your turntable has a phono pre-amp section, or you simply have another phono pre-amp you'd prefer to use outboard of The Three II between it and the turntable then you're simply dealing with a "line level" input in which case set The Three II analog switch to "Line". Take care if the external line-level device has it's own variable volume control; before playing the external source turn The Three II volume all the way down, turn the external source volume all the way up, then gradually increase The Three II volume level to a desired listening level to ensure you don't overdrive The Three II. The only reason to use the "Phono" switch setting of the analog input is to directly connect a hook up a traditional or "vintage" turntable; more specifically one that does not have a phono pre-amp section built in to it. Additionally it would be a bad idea to drive a line-level source component into the analog input in "Phono" operation mode, even if it seems to operate correctly.

Question:	Is this a powered sub? And how many watts does it have
Answer:	Hi Mike, I saw your question and wanted to give you the correct answer. The phase switch determines the way the subwoofer cone ( speaker ) reacts. When set to "0" the speaker cone will move in the outward direction at the same time ( phase ) of your main ( left & Right ) speakers. When it is set to "180" the speaker cone of the sub will move inward when your main speakers' cones are moving outward. What this does is cancel out any overlapping frequencies between your main speakers and your subwoofer. When you have overlapping frequencies between your sub and main speakers you will get too much or "bloated" mid bass. Some people prefer "180" because they feel the cancelled out frequencies produces "tighter" and more accurate bass. Other people like more mid bass, so you need to listen to it both ways to find which you prefer. The same thing will happen if you hook up speakers with the speaker wires hooked up with positive & negative swapped ( positive speaker wire in the negative speaker terminal and negative speaker wire in the positive speaker terminal ). Just as an added note, the "Low Pass" filter knob will determine what lower frequencies pass through from your receiver to your subwoofer. The higher the frequency (Hz) the more mid bass the sub outputs and the lower the frequency (Hz) the less mid bass that the subwoofer outputs. You want the subwoofer to optimally blend with your main speakers and that is what the "low pass" filter knob allows you to do. If you are using a surround sound receiver and it is set for Dolby Digital or DTS surround modes receivers will normally automatically crossover the sub output at 80 Hz, so moving the Low pass knob on the sub beyond 80 Hz will have no effect. Now, if you have a surround receiver that utilizes the Audyssey Microphone system to adjust the surround parameters you will want to set the subwoofers low pass knob all the way to the highest frequency. The Adyssey system will determine what frequency blends best with your main speakers. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	Yes, there is base and treble adjustment, as well as Vizio truVolume adjustment. We have two of these, I have been impressed with the richness of the sound on this particular model.
