Answer:	On the 3567 the rechargeable batteries are sealed within the product if you were to attempt to replace them it would void the 90 day warranty.

Question:	Does it come with tablets
Answer:	Yes, this is quite normal. The solar panel of the duck is made with the lowest grade material available. Therefore, it does not glow as advertised, but due to a chemical reaction that is harmful to customers, the sun passing through the low grade plastic, the result is a quacking noise. Be assured that this noise is due to radioactive nature of the sun mixed with the poorly made plastic. In fact, we have had reports of the duck flying away at night (not glowing) and returning the next morning. On theory is that the chlorine mixes with the cheap plastic that fails to make the the duck glow and causes a harmful reaction that brings the duck to life. So, while the quack is surely annoying, it’s common.
Question:	What sized pool is this suitable for? I'm looking to float it in a childrens pool about 3' deep. Too deep to empty and refill everyday
Answer:	You unscrew the duck from the plastic piece to add the chlorine tabs. Then looking at the picture you can see the bottom thinner round piece, when you pick the duck up this piece extends 4 to 5 inches and has 8 holes(max) in each side to allow the chlorine to come out. You twist this piece to adjust the holes per gallons in your pool, 8 being the most holes (16 total) for 40,000 gallons and 2 holes (4 total) being the least for 10,000 gallons. It was really cute floating around in the pool when it sat flat and lit up. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The solar panels on each side..and work perfectly. Mine stays bright all night long..makes me smile everytime I look out at him !~

Answer:	I have a 24ft round and i use the version of this light with only 9 LEDs and it does reach across but it would be better with 2. This version has 13 LEDs so I would think it would work fine.
Question:	I just received my light and the remote does not work. i noticed that the remote has a number of cr2023 and the battery says cr2025 does anyone else
Answer:	It should work fine. We have a 52” pool and there’s several inches of space between the top of the pool and the platform of the ladder.
Question:	Can you use this light under the water? Or above the water? And is it only colored lights or white lights or both
Answer:	Yes it can
Question:	I have a 24x12 how far does the light reach
Answer:	No the height can not be adjusted, you need to measure your pool and buy accordingly. Hope this helps!

1. Open the LED module, insert 3 AAA batteries into the battery compartment of the LED module.

2. Flip the ball upside down. Inflate HALF of the ball. Insert the LED module at the bottom of the ball. Then inflate FULL of the ball.

3. Inflate FULL of the air bag, and insert the air bag above the LED module.

4. Tighten the protection belt.

Answer:	I would think so...but the one I bought just 4 wks ago already stopped working. It appears that the silicone seal around the outside ( or somewhere else) allows water to seep in (I noticed this within the 1st week) and then some orange rust started to appear on the inside! I figured it would just be a matter of time before it stopped working, and after 3 weeks...it's dead, even though it was removed from the pool daily to sit in the sun and charge...I would guess the total number of hours that I was able to enjoy it....about 30. My opinion, it's a piece of crap....;(

Answer:	It is not designed for that specifically but here’s what you can do. It has a wire hoop that you can hang from a 6-9 inch plant hanger or something that it could hook on. I don’t know how to include a picture to explain it better.
