Question:	Can i pair a soundsync as transmitter to another soundsync as receiver
Answer:	I just did this using a tube Amp that has bluetooth 5. Long story short I needed to make my rear surround speakers "wireless". I used a line out converter from the receiver and plugged the output rca into a rca to 3.5mm cord. Switched the sound sync to TX and then turned on the other device with it not paired to anything. Here's the trick you have to triple tap the power button to get them to pair. Fortunately for me when they paired, it used aptx LL mode and so I was able to use the automatic time align of my receiver easily. So yes there's a trick to it but it works.
Question:	How to select aptx modes on the device
Answer:	You don't select aptX modes, that's determined by the device you are pairing it with. If it's aptX HD then you should see a notification on your devices. My LG V20 shows it.
Question:	Can this be used while charging
Answer:	While it can be used while charging, the manual does advise the user to disconnect from the charger when fully charged and not charge for extended periods.
Question:	Can you transmit to 2 headphones at the same time
Answer:	Transmitting to two Bluetooth headphones simultaneously is definitely a feature of the device and is covered on page 7 of the English portion of the manual.

Answer:	It rings on both and if you pick up on the phone the speaker doesn’t activate.

Answer:	You can play music through it but it’s really geared more toward voice and vocal range so doesn’t have the bass of speakers designed for music.

Answer:	It is Bluetooth 5. How far depends on you device as much as the speaker, and obstacles. Mine is up stairs, and when I am outside, in the ward, about 15 ft away, with an exterior wall between and a story below, it will still pair up. It certainly seems to work well enough in a single room.
Question:	Can the speaker volume be set to "off"? Or, if you set the speaker volume to lowest setting, will there be NO sound from speaker
Answer:	On the lowest volume setting there is no sound from the speaker. The volume can be controlled on the unit itself or from the phone that is connected to it. There is also a mute button to cancel outgoing sound. Sound quality is very good, I would recommend this speaker.

Answer:	Not for sure on that. We all have IPhone. Regardless of that it’s a awesome speaker everyone that has used it or seen it in use loves it and gets one.

Answer:	There is no mic but it does work with iPhone.

Answer:	My guess is that the date isn't meant to be shown on the radio's display. I see nothing in the manual where you can toggle through the menus to show it, other than setting the date and syncing it with your phone.

Answer:	I have been unable to connect my WD My Cloud to the capsule so far. I even attempted to install Plex into the WDMyCloud. Suggestions appreciated.
Question:	does it work with plex
Answer:	It does work with Plex - BUT - the Plex client on the device is using the Android TV interface. This means that it's missing a bunch of features over the normal Android version, like syncing content to the device. The nVidia Shield TV has similar issues. But as long as you can connect it to WiFi, it works great to stream videos and music.

Answer:	To the account that said no device stops while charging if you are speaking on projectors perhaps so but ever had a vape can’t use them while they charging

Answer:	Works great with the iPhone. Download the app and you can control the capsule easily. You can also airplay to the projector from your iPhone. Anything you have on your screen will be mirrored through the projector. Photos and videos look great. Keep in mind that copyrighted materials, like hbo go movies and such will not be able to airplayed. In that case, you’d need to hook it up via hdmi.

Answer:	You can configure up to 120 sec., which can be re-triggered after 5 sec. You can configure recording to stop after motion stopped.

Answer:	We are sorry that the camera doesn't have a buffer to show what occurred a few seconds prior to motion notification.
Question:	Can you change tracks from the speaker's buttons
Answer:	Nothing I know of. Eufy can access my videos as Eufy manages "my" encryption keys, if any . Eufy advertises "military grade" or "bank grade" encryption (both meaningless terms IMO: not clear what's encrypted: recording at rest, life-feed in transport, end-to-end vs. one leg with a server in China having unencrypted access between encrypted legs), but as a customer I do not have access nor was I ever asked to generate encryption keys therefore Eufy manages "my" encryption key. I see Eufy advertisement blended in when I'm accessing my locally stored video clips from Eufy App on iPhone.

Question:	Where can I get its cover
Answer:	Yes, this one is better in my opinion. The 20W Premium I had for about a year and it is still better than most speakers. The Boost however, has more features that the 20W doesn't offer (dust and water resistance, charge out port, etc.). You can't go wrong with either one but the Boost is louder and has better bass with the BassUp feature activated.
Question:	Why cant it work with 220 voltage , I see there is adapter
Answer:	My Sport XL works great out at the pool. Also you know, it's water resistant.
Question:	Does it work with 220-240v
Answer:	There are 2 USB ports: the smaller port is an input for charging the battery in the speaker. The other port is for charging an external device such as a smart phone. In between the 2 ports is a 3mm auxiliary input for connecting the speaker with a cable directly to your smartphone or MP3 player or portable CD player. I doubt that either USB port can be used as a way to input music into the speaker, but I don’t know for sure.

Question:	Can I buy several to use simultaneously throughout the house? Like a cheap alternative to whole-house audio system
Answer:	Everyone saying no is wrong, the question is: is it worth it? Thats up to you. What you can do is this: Get a Bluetooth to aux receiver. Then get a aux splitter. Run 3.5mm aux cables to each anker speaker. Transmit to the Bluetooth to aux receiver. #done. Audio quality will be lacking as you're splitting it to 2,3,4,etc speakers and you're probably going to be running long cables which will cause loss as well. Best thing to do is get a proper sound system and wire it throughout the house with good speaker wire or get a decent system and just blast it in the middle of your house to hear it lol
Question:	Does this have an Auxiliary port to connect to non-Bluetooth devices
Answer:	Yes it has an earphone jack that will allow it to connect to anything.
Question:	Can you leave it plugged in to AC power all the time
Answer:	Yes. The charging circuit disconnects completely when the battery is fully charged. Supposedly, rechargeable lithium batteries have the longest life when left at 80% charge or less. Left fully charged all the time one can probably expect a life of 3 to 5 years vs: maybe 5 to 6 years when left partially charged. The batteries in this are standard 16850s and can be replaced easily - just pry off the grill from the edges to reveal the screws retaining the speakers.
