| Answer: | This is garbage. It does not play CDs without odd playback problems. If it had actually worked, it would still be overpriced considering the size. This is my third boombox CD player in the last 30 days. I keep sending them back to Amazon because they are all unplayable junk. I don't know if it's related to the Chinese trade war or if China just forgot how to make a CD player. I'm still looking for a quality (by quality I mean anything that will correctly play CDs) replacement for my last portable stereo which was an awesome Craig Electronics CD Boombox with AM/FM Stereo Radio. Amazon stopped carrying them and replaced the item with this Jensen junk. Still looking . . . |

| Answer: | I'm not really sure if you're outside the period of time that you can return it to amazon or are out of warranty. I would try contacting the vendor through the Amazon site information for that item. You can ask Amazon if you're not sure how to find it. To troubleshoot why this may be happening clean the connection of the player where it fits into the earphone band. Then very carefully straighten out the wires looking for any kinks pressing gently. Push the cord gently into the band just in case they may have started pulling away. Also make sure that you are running the player on a full charge. for some reason MP3 players start losing sound on one side of the other when they're losing battery charge. I had a pair that the sound quit working on one side and I had twisted the cord on that side. When taking these off make sure you take them off by the hard band after you remove the earbuds from your ears. Do not pull on these cords. They are very delicate. |
