Answer:	You have to skip through every track, & it's really slow and tedious. Also if you listen to podcasts, the ff and rewind are very slow & you can easily accidently skip to the next track while fast forwarding. If I could I'd just give you mine since I don't use it anymore & most phones are mp3 players now anyways.

Question:	Is it compatible w/Overdrive Media, the software used to download audiobooks from the public library
Answer:	Yes I can download books from the library using Overdrive. They are loaded in the file section. It looks like a file folder. I haven't figured out how to get the book name so I am just loading Audiobook 1, then Audiobook 2, etc. I am sure there is a way to do it I just haven't reached that level of expertise. It is easy to adjust the Volume using the instruction on their website.
Question:	If you have your music arranged in folders, can you select different folders for it to play
Answer:	Yes. You can also have sub-folders to help sort your music to make it easier to use. Mine is organised by artist with sub-folders for the albums and work fine. When you select a folder it just plays the music in the folder. When it is done with the folder it does go to the next folder.

Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.

Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.

Answer:	It has Bluetooth, and once music is playing, you can hit the Menu button to turn on shuffle. So I do not see any issues with shuffling over bluetooth.
Question:	How can I get my music from itunes onto this device
Answer:	Yes, you can do it. I just did and I'm not that smart when it comes to computers. So first, download an "mp4 to mp3 converter, free for windows" or go to downloads.cnet.com for a free one that has been verified. I got the one called; Free M4a to MP3 Converter. Next, open iTunes music and highlight all of your music and right click, then click on download. Pay attention where it downloads it to. Mine downloaded it to my music files in my computer (DUHH) and it took me a minute to find them. Then go back into the MP4 to MP3 Converter program and select "ADD FILES" on the top LEFT corner and go find the folder or you can drag the music files into the screen. Next, at the bottom, select "SPECIFY FOLDER." I created one on my desktop to make it easier to find. Make sure the "OUTPUT FORMAT" located on the RIGHT bottom of the screen says "MP3." Now go to the top and click "CONVERT." It will take a couple of minutes but once its done, all your iTunes music will now be converted to MP3 format. To know for sure, RIGHT click on one of your songs and LEFT click on PROPERTIES. The file type or type of file should now say; MP3 file. Enjoy! Oh and screw APPLE...they suck! LOL They tried to get me to buy a new iPod and a new Apple laptop because my 2009 iPod is no longer supported by their software. :\

Answer:	As long as you stay on the same MP3 it will play from where it left off otherwise it will restart from the beginning of the track.

Answer:	You need a Windows computer, an MP3 player with a charging and data transfer USB cable. You will need to download music off the internet from Amazon Music, or some other compatible online music streaming service. You will download the music onto your windows computer then you will copy the music from your computer onto your MP3 player. Answer:	I am unhappy with how the SanDisk Clip Jam handles audiobooks altogether. I am switching back to either my old SanDisk 4GB Clip (discontinued by the manufacturer) or to the phone with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ak.alizandro.smartaudiobookplayer. That app is specifically for books. It does it all: not just bookmarks but allows you to make lists of characters, notes etc. Always keeps your place. Plays everything in order. Very useful and convenient. And the developer (Alex Kravchenko) responded to my question immediately. The Clip Jam may be good for songs, but not great for books.
