Answer:	1- Slide the power button on the top 2- Touch the Menu button twice until goes to Card Folder 3- Touch the Menu button again until gets the the Folders Saved (You have to copy and paste from your computer to your MP3 player via the cable that comes with the device) 4- Scroll through your folders with the forward and back arrows 5- When you find the folder you want to play click the Menu button to get inside the folder 6- Click the Forward Arrow to go to the first song 7- Click the Menu button again 8- Click the middle button to start playing the song 9- While playing, click the Menu button to go to settings 10- It will be in Repeat, so you click the Menu button again to go to normal and one more time to exit and go back to the playing screen. After that should play in sequence. It's a very complicated device, because the buttons doesn't make any sense. It was a trial and error learning process to me. Hope it helps.

I deleted folder and started over and it did the same thing again. My sister bought this for me as a gift after I lost my iPod. I can't tell her but it is junk!

Answer:	This is an easy problem to fix. You should be a M4a to MP3 converter. On my Mac i purchased Easy Mp3 Converter from the app store. Just drag your library to the app and wait over night. Select your music and copy over to the converter. Purchase the upgrade to get 44khz 128bit audio (4 bucks I think) Drag all the Mp3 files over to your device and you are fat.
Question:	Is there any way to sort songs in numerical/alphabetical order? Files seem to be sorted randomly when I add folders
