Question:	Does the warranty cover water damage
Answer:	Yes very easy, just pop the top and pour shavings in the garbage. When sharpening a pencil I have found that it is best to turn the pencil instead of the sharpener, then the top will not come loose. It's a good sharpener for my purposes.
Question:	What comes with this player? It looks like ear phones. Does the charger, computer cord, and a card come with it
Answer:	I have used this with four different brands of colored pencils. Cheap to expensive and this sharpener has worked like a charm on them all.
Question:	Can you set a program a max volume
Answer:	Mine measures 1 3/4" on top, just under 2" high, and 1 1/2 at the widest point. It must have been a misprint. I really like mine. It is substantial enough that it fits in your hand well and, at least I, find it easy to hold on to and twist. Hope that helps.......

Answer:	update: If you go to prismacolor.com they have a tutorial to teach you HOW to sharpen the prismacolor pencils correctly. When you use their technique, it works well. This is a German made blade that is only one cm.That means you get 2/8 cm of sharp lead. which keeps the sharper from wasting the lead. I have not had any trouble getting a sharp point. save your broken tips, carefully smash it with hammer into powder. Use a cotton ball to add color to fill in back ground. These are fragile, if you drop your pencil it can break the lead in several places internally.

Question:	From what do you down load music? It is not compatable with Amazon music
Answer:	Any music you can copy/download to a computer can be copied to the Oakcastle player. I've used music from Amazon, ITunes , CDs I've ripped, etc. Files compatible with the player, no matter their source, copy and play just fine. I've never tied downloading from a source such as ITunes directly to the player and by-passing the computer. Don't try to copy files into any of the folders existing on the player, that doesn't work.
Question:	i was deleting music off of the mp3 player and the screen froze,is there anything i can do to fix this
Answer:	Usually I would just let the battery run down and recharge the player.
Question:	Does it have phisical buttons for 5 seconds back/forth for audiobooks? If not, can it be programmed to do that
Answer:	No, you can fast forward and rewind, but it won't skip specifically 5 seconds.
Question:	Can you transfer complete playlists
Answer:	You can only create playlists on the unit. Unfortunately, it will not recognise playlist formats like M3U and WPL.

Answer:	Call amazon and let them know they are selling crap and ask for a full refund for all...even the ones that haven’t died YET...because they will. I got a refund for both that I ordered as Christmas gifts and one died after only one use. Put the money towards a Kids Fire Tablet instead and you can listen to all the music you want in that and it works great.

Answer:	It has to have internet access and be able to download the app. They are not mp3 files. Even if you "download" a song from spotify it just means it downloads it to the app memory so you can play the song through spotify when you dont have internet. I dont own this device but I can tell you the only way itll work is if you can download spotify to it.

Question:	Can you shuffle songs while in bluetooth mode
Answer:	It has Bluetooth, and once music is playing, you can hit the Menu button to turn on shuffle. So I do not see any issues with shuffling over bluetooth.
Question:	How can I get my music from itunes onto this device
Answer:	Yes, you can do it. I just did and I'm not that smart when it comes to computers. So first, download an "mp4 to mp3 converter, free for windows" or go to downloads.cnet.com for a free one that has been verified. I got the one called; Free M4a to MP3 Converter. Next, open iTunes music and highlight all of your music and right click, then click on download. Pay attention where it downloads it to. Mine downloaded it to my music files in my computer (DUHH) and it took me a minute to find them. Then go back into the MP4 to MP3 Converter program and select "ADD FILES" on the top LEFT corner and go find the folder or you can drag the music files into the screen. Next, at the bottom, select "SPECIFY FOLDER." I created one on my desktop to make it easier to find. Make sure the "OUTPUT FORMAT" located on the RIGHT bottom of the screen says "MP3." Now go to the top and click "CONVERT." It will take a couple of minutes but once its done, all your iTunes music will now be converted to MP3 format. To know for sure, RIGHT click on one of your songs and LEFT click on PROPERTIES. The file type or type of file should now say; MP3 file. Enjoy! Oh and screw APPLE...they suck! LOL They tried to get me to buy a new iPod and a new Apple laptop because my 2009 iPod is no longer supported by their software. :\

Answer:	As long as you stay on the same MP3 it will play from where it left off otherwise it will restart from the beginning of the track.

Answer:	You need a Windows computer, an MP3 player with a charging and data transfer USB cable. You will need to download music off the internet from Amazon Music, or some other compatible online music streaming service. You will download the music onto your windows computer then you will copy the music from your computer onto your MP3 player. Of course the MP3 player will need to be on and plugged into the computer and recognized by the computer as drive D possibly.
