Answer:	It's a hit or miss. It often shows my headset as connected while it's not and I have to remove it, resync it (which require a phone). It is also necessary to sync regularly with your Playlists (which take long) or you get a message saying that no music is available till you do.

Question:	What is the range of this speaker? If I walk away with my phone that’s connected to it how far away am I able to walk away
Answer:	I find it can be up to 15 feet, as long as there is a clear line between the speaker (i.e.- you are in your kitchen, its in the living room). Also, I have found that if you are doing cleaning around the house, if you start to have jumps in the sound, just move the speaker somewhere closer to you, as it is not needing to be plugged in to operate. I find that I only need to charge it every other week or so, just make sure that you don't have a slog of devices trying to connect simultaneously, as that can interfere with the connectivity.

Answer:	Make sure that you set your phone's bluetooth connection to phone and not just media-only. Different steps for different devices, but on my Android phone, I hit the sprocket-looking icon and select the bluetooth device (in this case, the JBL) and turn on the "Call audio" option (Media audio is also set to on).

Answer:	I don't know about power washing it --- I just fill my sink with Dawn Dishwasher Detergent, Baking Soda, and HOT water to about an inch over the grate and let it set for a little bit. Then I clean the grate with a brush(top and bottom) and clean the rest of the sink with a dishrag - on tough spots I will use a Magic Eraser sponge, but the hot water and soap and baking soda usually leaves everything spotless - just spray it out real good after cleaning it.
