Answer:	Really really really simple.. Definitely use "Rust-oleum" product, can be either "Acrylic-Enamel (my choice always)" or the other blend which i believe is oil based. Definitely "Rust-oleum" and in a rattle can (aerosol).. Whatever the surface to be sprayed is clean and free of debri and spray light light light coat of clear coat (think less is more, and apply 2-3 light coats).. You will know after second coat if a third is needed, it's really about your preference, if out mside in extreme weather I would apply three for sure.. Most important is remember that less is more and don't flood your material, j7st nice light coat and let dry and then apply a second . It's basic, maybe lije hairspray styling your granny's hair or if an 80's rocker with teased hair kinda thing.. Light coat and two, maybe three times.. Gravy. Best regards.

Answer:	The vinyl has a side that is dull and the other has a bit of a shine on it. You wat to print on the side with the shine. Usually when you open the packet of vinyl and take a piece out that is the side to print on. I hope this will help. If you're still not sure then you can always peel a corner of the vinyl back and see which side is sticky.

Answer:	Yes. You control the volume by your car stereo and also by your phone. If your phone volume is too high then the sound will distort a little.

Answer:	OMG I just ran out to test this. Yes it can be picked up by more than one radio loud and clear. So I put this in vehicle 1 and drove off with vehicle 2 down the road. it picked up the transmission about 2 blocks away. Thankfully I don't use this for more than music until I save up for a new stereo. I have 2 brands of these and they all do it, incase that was your next question.
