Answer:	1. Adjust the frequency on your car radio to be the same as what is on the FM transmitter(to a blank frequency). 2. Connect your phone to the FM transmitter through Bluetooth. 3.When a call comes in, press the phone button to answer it.

Answer:	OMG I just ran out to test this. Yes it can be picked up by more than one radio loud and clear. So I put this in vehicle 1 and drove off with vehicle 2 down the road. it picked up the transmission about 2 blocks away. Pair with your car to FM transmitter

1. Simply plug the item into car cigarette socket, find the empty station (not the local station,changing it if it is static)., then adjust the bluetooth fm transmitter station to be the same as that of the car.
