| Answer: | Hi! I had the same thing. New area carpet with a rubbery back, sitting on wall to wall. We used pliers to hold the pins to poke it through the top rug. Then you lift up slightly on the floor carpet with one of the other pins, and shove the top carpet's pins in. It should be easy if you've already poked it through the rubbery carpet. The key is getting that floor carpet up just enough to insert easily. We've had them in for about 6 months now, and it works really well! Good luck! |
