Question:	Could a Haley Strategic Partners flat pack fit on this to replace the straps
Answer:	When I bought mine I tested it for leaks. Normal exposure to rain water i had no issues. i sprayed water with garden hose concentrated with some power behind it which is usually not normal rain exposure and water did accumulate behind the mole slots but not inside the bag. the issue i did have was spraying on top of the bag where both of the zipper heads meet. there is a very small gap to where water can enter a piece of tape on that spot will stop it i tried it. so normal wear no leak. if your intent is to keep going until you get a leak then you will get one
Question:	Can the mags be stacked by two in each slot
Answer:	Absolutely. Just understand depending on where you have this cinched down on your body that it might interfere with your waist belt.

Answer:	Probably not. It is only about 1.5-2” deep. You could likely put a 9mm and a few extra ammo rounds in it, but I think it would be difficult to put binoculars and a gun in it.

Answer:	I would not recommend exercising with it on. It's not designed for that. My guess extended running would eventually irritate your arm, but before that even happened,the bag would have bounced around so much, running itself wouldn't be possible.

Answer:	Yes, I have fit AK-47 30 round steel mags and AR-15 Magpul and standard metal mags in this rig and they all fit perfect. The bungee straps are easily adjusted to hold different size mags as well. This is an excellent rig for AK and AR owners.
Question:	what are the dimensions of the front pocket
Answer:	Yes it can, you might have to loosen the bungee cords, but widthwise, it did hold my .308 mags, so I'm sure AK mags fit well.

Answer:	You could potentially use this for legit AK mags. I bought it for more as an "enhanced" admin. rig lol. It is well constructed and I think it could serve that purpose.
