This mod takes a 20700 and has a adapter for 18650 but I wanted to run it full blown to start so I bought some Lithicore 20700 and didn't even think about my charger. So when I got to charging it I was initially upset that it didn't fit but it does! It's just a real tight fit but doesn't seem to damage the battery wrap or anything and it recognized the battery and charged um so... It DOES take 20700 but its snug and not listed on the box. One other fact, the cord length is about 3 1/2 ft from plug end to charger. Charger works great...used mine again just today!

Answer:	If you're asking about the nbm40 it's just a rubber battery holder for storage. It doesn't go in any device. It holds 4x18650 really well, even without the included strap. I keep it in a glove box with extra batteries, and have never had any issues.

Answer:	If you are talking about primary CR123a then no. Primaries can never be recharged. If you're talking about RCR123a (aka 16340) then yes. As a test for fit, I put a primary CR123a (don't have any 16340's) and the sliding mechanism held the battery in place.
Question:	If the charger stops charging when the batteries are fully charged, is it safe to leave one battery in the unit so that it doesn't discharge? Thanks
Answer:	No, you should remove batteries when they are fully charged. The unit has built-in protection to prevent overcharging but why put it to the test continually? The risk of fire far exceeds the benefit of having a fully charged battery.
Question:	Since it is not clear from the sparse instructions, is charging complete when all three yellow lights cease flashing? or when they cease completely
Answer:	When all three lights cease completely the battery is charged. I usually just feel the top of the charger if it's cool then it's done.
Question:	What kind of wall charger comes with this? The picture shows a Euro style wall plug, is that what comes with this? Will I have to order a US style
Answer:	Hi, Jason...that's a very perceptive question. I hadn't noticed that style plug when I ordered the charger. But no worries, the charger comes with a standard 120V two-prong plug. One other fact, the cord length is about 3 1/2 ft from plug end to charger. Charger works great...used mine again just today!

Answer:	The new I4 charger can only charge "Flat top" 21700 batteries (because it was released way before "longer" 21700 batteries exist). The UMS2 UMS4 charger can charge both "Flat top" and "Button top" 21700 batteries so it is compatible with all 21700 batteries.

Answer:	never tried - no 26650 cells in my arsenal - i'd expect the answer is no - 21700's barely fit as is.
