Answer:	This will charge about anything. It has (4) 1 amp chargers for things like phones and (2) two amp charges for things like ipads and tablets. I have a note 5 and we typically charge 3 phones 2 tablets and a portable back-up battery at the same time. I actually own (3) of these two at our home up north and one in Florida.

Answer:	Certainly, you can parallel-connect as many as you want (so long as you do not exceed the battery's recommended maximum charge rate).
Question:	will the 24v device handle Li-ion (3.7v/cell) chemistry, 8s, which results in 29.6v nominal, but 33.6v full charge state
Answer:	I believe it should work fine, the maximum setting is 35volts. You would need to use the Victron connect app to set up a custom profile. Explanation below. I couldn’t find a maximum voltage in the manual so I tried by creating a custom charge profile using the VictronConnect app > turned on “advanced settings” and then adjusted the voltage until it wouldn’t go any higher. My 24volt 12amp charger maxed out at 35 volts for each stage that I could set (absorption, float, and storage). You would want to identify what voltages would work best for that specific battery and set it to match (I wouldn’t expect to want to set all three stages the same). I could not find a way to disable the float or storage, disabling the storage stage would probably be best if possible, but the data sheets for most of the LI batteries I have looked at will indicate the voltage level that the cells “like” to “rest” at and I would think most battery manufacturers would recommend setting the storage voltage to that level (below the float voltage). I don’t have a battery that I can run a test charge cycle on at that higher voltage, but based on how true the charger has been to my other custom profiles I wouldn’t anticipate any issues. Each time I have created a new profile I have checked each stage with a multimeter to verify that it’s doing what I want before using the new setting long term, I have been happy with it and have not had any issues.
