Answer:	The bass is adjustable via the remote. The settings are from 0 to -10 and at its lowest is almost completely off.

Answer:	The input options for this system is RCA, Bluetooth and optical cable. Most smart TVs have an optical output so yes, you should be able to connect it just fine. If your smart tv has a Bluetooth output, this system has a great Bluetooth.

Answer:	I am SO disappointed in these speakers. As the others have said it is NOT a true 5.1 sound system. Even though the sound is magnificent for the price, it is NOT a discrete 5.1 system. Watching a movie, the sound designed for discrete front speakers totally leaked into the back surround speakers. I wish I had known this before I purchased. Well others do now.

The unit supports Bluetooth streaming - both streaming out and streaming in. It may be possible to use wireless Bluetooth speakers in another room (within range) but can not stream surround sound. Question:	How is the sounds from rear speakers? Own an older model and they satilite speakers never worked properly
Answer:	Really depends on your source but IMHO the rear speakers are best when they create an "ambient" atmosphere since DTS:X adds a lot of "virtualization" to audio. I originally thought it would be better placement having the rear speakers closer to the "observer" (at ear level) however my experience has taught me having them mounted higher and farther (while still firing straight and towards the observer) makes a better atmosphere when viewing movies.
Question:	are the sattelite speakers wireless as well
Answer:	The satellite speakers are connected to the subwoofer through a provided speaker wire. The subwoofer then connects to the sound bar wireless.

Answer:	Definitely more orange than gold. If you google image search "orange gold," the resulting pictures have the approximate shade, in my opinion.
Question:	Why does the subwoofer make a horrible sound when it's on? Even with the volume all the way down sounds like if it's getting interference and its loud
Answer:	I had the same issue. The sub needs to be on the ground and the speakers must be at a high level than the sub. This will make the sound go away.

Question:	Can you adjust specific speaker gain? I have hearing issues and vocals often get lost unless I turn it up to the point where the neighborhood hears
Answer:	Thanks again for this good question. YES you can adjust separate controls. This system can also do even better then that. The Free Axiim Link app included also allows you to adjust the signal frequency amplitudes so your desired frequencies can be adjusted by +/-10dB by tapping the “+” or “-” on the APP screen. This EQ makes it easy to adjust not only the speaker volume in general, but also boost frequencies that are generally heard in human voice making dialog easier to hear. The voiced speech of a typical adult male will have a fundamental frequency from 85 to 180 Hz, and that of a typical adult female from 165 to 255 Hz, according to Wikipedia. So you can boost the center channel output where most dialog is produced, then additionally boost the 85Hz to 255Hz range using the EQ to ensure that dialog is crisp and clear. A great way to boost voices in movies and tv shows plus nice sound control for your audio. Hope this helps. Thank you!
Question:	Looking for information on how to mount the rear surrounds to a speaker stand/bracket? Any idea of a compatible product/mount
Answer:	The threaded hole in the bottom of the Platin Monaco speakers is an M6-1.0 screw, and the appropriate length for most stands would be 12mm. Some stands come with the 12mm long, M6-1.0 screw that fits the Platin Monaco threaded opening perfectly. Ranging in price from Perlesmith PSSS1 @ $40-- and it includes the correct screws -- to the Kanto SP32PL @ $140 (you need to purchase the M6-1.0 x 12mm screws), Amazon has a variety of solutions. Look for a stand with a flat top (horizontal) plate that provides a screw hole. Platin Monaco fronts and surrounds 4.25" wide and 5.5" deep, so look for a top plate that is close to those dimensions. Answer:	These smaller speakers do not have banana plug connector receptacles. The binding posts are the spring loaded type for bare speaker wire.

Answer:	Yes, that would work great. Use the satellites for side surrounds and rear. I would also consider replacing the center channel with a larger speaker down the road because there is not much in the mid range and lower. And you want the lower ranges coming from the center speaker and not the subwoofer for directionality.

Answer:	I returned it without issues. Didnt sound good and wont connect to the subwoofer. My $100 samsung sounded better than this
Question:	Hows the volume increments? My old Klipsch bar was basicly low medium high with no between levels
Answer:	You got 7 dots, each dot takes 2 or 3 pushes to fill so essentially you have about 21 increments within the volume. Furthermore, the dialogue feature which has 3 additional settings within its parameter available to adjust.

Answer:	Only 1 which is hdmi (arc/earc).
Question:	Each individual speaker, do they need to be connected each to a power outlet
Answer:	They all connect wirelessly to the hub. But all the speakers have to be plugged in to power outlet. The hub can be controlled with your remote.
Question:	Is the subwoofer available to purchase as of 12/29/2020? I checked on the website and there is no stand alone subwoofer in the shop section

Question:	I have a smart tv that has bluetooth, If I turn on the bluetooth on the speakers Will my tv recognize that and automatically connect to the sound sys
Answer:	You’d be better off connecting the system via the hdmi or optic to tv in order for it to be most easily connected. Blue tooth works great for other devices, but to have the system integrate with TV and use your TV remote for volume you’d want to connect as I mentioned above.
