Question:	Can i use 4 of these and the matching center with 2 psw505 for a decent HT? 14x14 room
Answer:	Definitely yes, I have a Polk RM6750 subwoofer and 2 of this speakers with the matching center and they sound clear as water. Besides you can always lower your subs volume if its too much. Also remember the power your amp have is important, I'm using a Sony STR-DE335 amplifier which sends 100 watts per channel at 6 ohms and nothing has gone wrong yet. So far I have played music, movies and the morning news and I'm always happy about the clarity and loudness on only a 3.1 system. My guess is yours is going to sound much better with the 5.2 you are building. Nice pick and good luck with your shopping.

Answer:	No. They come with a mount that slides into a dove tail slot on the back of the speaker. The mount has limited movement. No 90 degree angles.

Answer:	Answering late...for others needing help - you need active speakers to connect directly to the turntable otherwise you will need to connect the turntable & these speakers to an amplifier.

Answer:	That's the way they were designed to be hooked up, so yes. Heck, I use old lamp cord and they work as well as they can for their size.

Answer:	These smaller speakers do not have banana plug connector receptacles. The binding posts are the spring loaded type for bare speaker wire.
Question:	Have pair of floor-standing speakers, can i use these speakers to make my system 7.1? do i need something different for the second set of rear speake
Answer:	Yes, that would work great. Use the satellites for side surrounds and rear. I would also consider replacing the center channel with a larger speaker down the road because there is not much in the mid range and lower. And you want the lower ranges coming from the center speaker and not the subwoofer for directionality.

Answer:	As far as studio monitors, you are correct, they are not completely neutral. They are very efficent speakers however and far exceed the power ratings Klipsch specifies. Their ideal situation is really for home theather rear or side channel surround sound as effects channels. They also make a very powerful, high-fi bookshelf companion for a mini system. I am currently using them in a 7.2 Atoms setup and they knock it out of the park. If you are truely looking for 1-1 studio monitors, Yahmaha is they way to go but have your checkbook ready. ;)

Answer:	No, it's not a " smelling " oil. It's used more for it's benefits , skin, hair.. Etc. But I don't really notice ANY smell. When there is a smell in lotions, & other items 90% of the time it's a synthetic one, not a true real scent. Some ppl do not like the actual " real" smells of pure oils etc. Because they are so accustom to the artificial fake SMELL, lol... This is a great product, ! Little to no scent . Answer:	Definitely more orange than gold. If you google image search "orange gold," the resulting pictures have the approximate shade, in my opinion.

Answer:	I had the same issue. The sub needs to be on the ground and the speakers must be at a high level than the sub. This will make the sound go away.

Answer:	You have to have a small amplifier to go between the TV and the speakers. I like the line of "Lepai" small amps like the 2020. Under $20 I believe.

Answer:	They're just speakers, they need to be connected to an amp. You could connect a wireless receiver to that amp that could receive signals from the laptop. They can't do it on their own. They can't do anything on their own.

Answer:	Like others have said, you need an amplifier to drive the speakers so they are best used hooked to a home theater system or an inline amplifier hooked between the speakers and your TV. Question:	Is there a receiver I can get that will work with this system
Answer:	I think you have many challenges with installing the Polk RC65i into a concrete wall. Overall dimensions (w x h x d) are 8 5/8" x 12 1/6" x 2 7/8". The RC65i requires a 1/2" or 5/8" drywall to mount effectively. If you have drywall over the top of your concrete wall, then this should work (although running the speaker wiring presents its own challenge). The opening in the concrete wall will be larger than the drywall (yet another challenge). I think I would look at a excellent Polk mini-speaker and surface mount that speaker versus tackling the "in ceiling speaker in a concrete wall challenge". But - if you make it work, post your solution to the community as I'm sure they would appreciate the how-to knowledge.
Question:	Polk support, you typically answer: Many households use multiple device frequencies ..could your wireless surrounds be unstable accordingly
Answer:	I have a pair of these in a wall which are zone 2 speakers for a receiver which does music only and no subwoofer is possible (most receivers only have a sub input for zone 1). I have to say it sounds damn good, though I did place them up near the ceiling and close to walls to optimise the bass. So in this this situation you do not need a sub. If they are part of a home theatre setup then I'd recommend a sub (as I would with any speaker that is not floor standing capable to reaching some really low frequencies).

Answer:	The total weight of 5 surround rm58's is 15.4 pounds. I believe these stands will work fine. There are several ways to attach speakers to these stands. I had lots of hardware leftover.

Answer:	The base is about 10 inches in diameter and metal along with the the mounting shaft is also metal. I've got smaller Bose speakers they work fine. The 601 might fit and the weight might not be a factor but not sure

Answer:	You don't need to drill holes into your speakers as the speaker stands have adjustable clamps to lock the speakers in place. They also come with rubber pads that attach to the stand's speaker clamps. For extra security, you could replace the rubber pads with velcro strips.

They even sell the subwoofer separately as well if you ever want to upgrade to a true 7.2 system. Then everything will be perfectly matched. Make sure to get the correct set of two Premium Monoprice speakers. Monoprice also sells a lower quality standard 5.1 surround sound system and a set of two extras of that type as well. If you have the correct set, they will exactly match the speakers in the Monoprice Premium 5.1 surround sound speaker set. I know this because I actually had what I thought was the correct one in my shopping cart only to find out it was the wrong set just before pulling the trigger. So it's an easy mistake to make even when you've done a bunch of research. I hope you enjoy your system. They are absolutely amazing speakers.
