Answer:	The bass is adjustable via the remote. The settings are from 0 to -10 and at its lowest is almost completely off.

Answer:	It pairs very easily and thus far I’ve never had any issues whatsoever. The sound is amazing and these relatively small speakers get very loud. Unlike some surround systems, this one actually plays your music in 5.1 instead of just the center and front satellites.

Answer:	The input options for this system is RCA, Bluetooth and optical cable. Most smart TVs have an optical output so yes, you should be able to connect it just fine. If your smart tv has a Bluetooth output, this system has a great Bluetooth.

Answer:	I am SO disappointed in these speakers. As the others have said it is NOT a true 5.1 sound system. Even though the sound is magnificent for the price, it is NOT a discrete 5.1 system. Watching a movie, the sound designed for discrete front speakers totally leaked into the back surround speakers. I wish I had known this before I purchased. Well others do now.

Answer:	It's only an option if the PS4 and what you're doing has Atmos. It's not something you can control when it gets turned on. If the input is sending Atmos then the bar will show Atmos. Netflix and Disney plus both broadcast Atmos and when you start watching something keep an eye on the bar. As soon as it picks up that it's broadcasting Atmos it will flash across the front screen of the bar.

Instructions: first you must know your programming code Press schlage and enter the programming code followed by the command Commands: To add new user: programming code + 1 then new users code twice To Delete a users code: programming code + 2 then the code to be deleted twice To activate or deactivate the 30 secs lock: programming code + 9 To delete all codes: programming code + 6 To mute or unmute the keypad: programming code +5 To change the length of the security codes (all user codes have to be the same length) programming code + 8 then the number of digits you would like the code to be, twice (ex: to make it a 6 digit code, enter programming code + 8 + 6 + 6) then you proceed to add the new 6 digit code

Answer:	I suggest you buy the encode. You won’t need to buy anything additional. It’ll connect to your WiFi and you download the amazon key app and you’re all set. With the connect you need to purchase a Samsung smarthings device. The price looks cheaper but in the long run it comes out the same. I bought the connect and quickly returned for the encode. So much nicer

Answer:	Sorry could never get it to work, even with several calls to their support team due to using Google Fi which switches between network providers. Also if your router has 5g and 2g WiFi capabilities you'll need designat a 2g channel for the Lockdown unless they have upgraded the device to work with 5g. To answer your question, as I recall the internal battery in the device provides backup power for about a day, it's not designed to be the primary power source. You should have a 120V power source inside your valt or safe. Lockdown has a good idea but needs a major software update to work anything than a basic simple 2g home router.

Answer:	No. They have a specific frequency to work only with the Polk Audio MagniFi Max.

Answer:	a) Unplug power from sound bar, subwoofer and surrounds b) Plug in sound bar, wait for bar to boot up --orange LED will stop flashing. c) Press Power button on the sound bar – furthest right LED should illuminate Orange d) Press Mute on the bar – LED should now pulse white indicating Mute e) Plug in subwoofer and surrounds and confirm the LED on the back of the units is solid green f) Wait about 10 seconds. g) If there is an update available, the furthest left LED should begin pulsing white indicating the update has started and the LEDs will gradually fill in and show the pro-gress of the update. (If there is no update available, there will be no additional LED ac-tivity and indicates everything is up to date) h) The update can take up to 10 minutes i) When the update finishes, the furthest right LED will turn green and then all of the LEDs will go Off after about 10 seconds j) At this point, the update has completed and sound bar is ready to use. k) Power on the sound bar and play content to confirm everything is working properly and there is sound coming out of the bar, sub and surrounds.

Answer:	Yes, but check the rates power of the speakers versus the rated power of the receiving bluetooth amp so you dont damage either of them.

Answer:	The wireless connection from our sound bar to the receiver for the rear speakers, has been solid. We have experienced absolutely no gaps or dropped connections. I did have to raise the volume for the surround speakers (do this in the soundbar settings) to the max which is 6. We are amazed at the quality of the sound. Well pleased with the purchase.
Question:	How long are the cables or can I make my own
Answer:	The speaker wires are more like 10 feet long. Both of them. If you want to run one speaker on the other side of a room, you're gonna have to splice the speaker wire to make it longer.

Answer:	Yes and No, You would be able to sync up to 75 Air connect speaker but they would all be working off of one center unit. Two sets would give you 9 combined speakers and one separate center unit.

Answer:	I run my xbox into the tv, and use the optical out to send audio to the surround sound system. I use a simple optical to rca adaptor to make the connection.

Question:	How many watts does it have
Answer:	The q300 are the nicest midrange speaker Ive heard. Clear as a bell. Detailed. Cymbals crash but they also sizzle. Every note is right there. Dont expect much bass. They need to be paired with a powered Sub in my opinion but it depends on the room size to.
Question:	How wide is the sound bar? What is the dimension
Answer:	I tried two amps so far with my q300: an old Yamaha AVR receiver, and the Outlaw Audio RR2150 I got to replace the Yamaha. The speakers did sound very nice with the Yamaha, and we re an obvious improvement over the old Infinity IL10 pair I had before. Bi-wiring helped too. Once I connected the Outlaw receiver, the sound improved considerably. Again, the bi-wiring helps, in my opinion. Both highs and bass are nice and clean, the mids are very responsive, and stage is very open. I chose the Outlaw RR initially because it is matching the Q300's power requirements (RR is rated at 100W per channel at 8ohms, but actually output more), and can moderate the brightness of Q300 nicely without muddling the sound. The combination is very powerful: I never turn the RR's sound level knob past 10 o'clock position, usually it is at 9 o'clock position with a nice and full sound. RR also has some minimal EQ capabilities, as well as able to provide bass boost (+ 6 Db) at three Hz thresholds. Also, RR has a sub woofer output, that I may planning to utilize to extend the bass: it is very good on the Q300 as is, but from what I read online passing the very low frequencies to an external sub cleans up mids a bit. I have not tried it yet, but the RR is supposed to have a very nice sub woofer management controls. RR also has USB input option, which is fairly good on its own, but an external DAC (I use Arcam rDAC) is a great improvement, and it also allows for optical input from my CD player that RR is lacking. So far I am very happy with the Q300/RR 2150 combination.
Question:	What is the dim. of the subwoofer? can it be laid flat? are their any controls on sub
Answer:	I run these on 16 solid state watts and am very happy. This is full discussion on its own if you look this up on the internet you will want to look at the numbers for sensitivity. This is the DB level based on one watt at one meter distance (Measurement Standards are a whole different topic). This will lead you down different path in understanding that loud is not based on watts alone. If you are into loud this may not be the speaker for your set up as that even with a Chronos Magnum tube amp these were still a tad tame (Very Clear, Very Nice, High Quality, but your average Judas Priest fan would not approve). I love mine even bought a second set - good luck

Answer:	The JBL Bar2.1 is bluetooth compatible and the subwoofer will connect to the bar2.1soundbar wirelessly(bluetooth)

Answer:	I have not. My sound bar is synched to the on/off button on my TV, and the sound is delayed about 5 seconds after I turn on the TV. But I have not experienced any other sound delays.

Answer:	Usually when you shop on Amazon prices do change. Sometimes if you leave items in your cart a few days you will notice the price change. It can go higher or lower or stay the same it all depends on the demand at the time.

Answer:	Great question. The JBL 2.1 has 2 different modes. the first mode is 1. Auto standby This soundbar automatically switches to standby after 10 minutes of button inactivity and no audio/video play from a connected device. 2. Auto wake up The soundbar is powered on whenever a sound signal is received. This is most useful when connecting to the TV using the optical cable, as most HDMI™ ARC connections enable this feature by default.
