Question:	According to the instructions, we were suppose to get brackets to mount the wireless speakers. Anyone found good third party brackets that will work
Answer:	Yes, this is how I hooked up the one I purchased. It took a couple of tries to get the tv to recognize that it needed to send the audio out through the speaker however. I would suggest plugging the cable in to the speaker first and then in to the tv. Our tv didn’t recognize it when I plugged the cable in to the tv first and then to the speaker. Good luck! I will say the sound quality is good for the price, but the speaker is definitely only maybe half as loud as the tv speakers in our case. The difference for us is that our tv speakers are on the back. In movie mode, we can hear the voices better through the sound bar than the tv regardless of the audio mode on the tv.
Question:	What direction do the rear speakers face?, Do the magnetic pins face toward the TV or toward the back wall
Answer:	I think it depends on whether you have setting on those remotes which would make it possible. We can control the sound with our upgraded Roku remote after adjusting the setting, but not with the lesser remote.
Question:	Does it work on 220 input voltage
Answer:	It wasnt enough for me , I return it back. I think it was 40 watts.
Question:	Does this product work with Spotify Connect
Answer:	This might be an issue with Samsungs (the Q60T & R models have all sorts of compatibility issues). I experience the same static issue when I switch my samsung to optical audio output. However, if I keep the output to TV speakers, the sound comes out clearly from both the sound bar via the optical connection and the TV speakers. So I just mute the TV and the soundbar works fine.

Answer:	My guess is that you connected to one of the TV's audio inputs instead of the audio out. There may be multiple audio inputs labeled simply AUDIO but only one pair labeled AUDIO OUT.

Answer:	It's only an option if the PS4 and what you're doing has Atmos. It's not something you can control when it gets turned on. If the input is sending Atmos then the bar will show Atmos. Netflix and Disney plus both broadcast Atmos and when you start watching something keep an eye on the bar. As soon as it picks up that it's broadcasting Atmos it will flash across the front screen of the bar.

Answer:	I have not problem with food sticking to the pan, but my pan has been seasoned. It is very easy to cook with these pans. If you can follow the directions on how to use these pans, you should have not problems.
Question:	does this have ARC
Answer:	Comparable to the depth of an average wok pan. It actually does pretty well filling in for a wok when I do stir fry.
Question:	How tall is this? I need to make sure that it will will not block my screen when placed in front of my TV
Answer:	I find this an my other copper-core pans easier to cook in, no matter what I am cooking. These heat evenly (and quickly!), and food doesn't stick to them as easily as it does to plain stainless steel cookware. I had a good set of Tramontina cookware (stainless and heavy duty) and it was far more difficult to clean them after cooking anything that wasn't just plain liquid. I'm amazed at the different experience All-Clad Copper Core gives me. I bought a set at a regular store, and I've added pieces since then. I wish I'd bought them years ago. If you have this pot, you'll love it for veggies, small servings of soups or stews, stir-fry dishes, rice, so many things!

Question:	How many watts does it have
Answer:	The q300 are the nicest midrange speaker Ive heard. Clear as a bell. Detailed. Cymbals crash but they also sizzle. Every note is right there. Dont expect much bass. They need to be paired with a powered Sub in my opinion but it depends on the room size to.
Question:	How wide is the sound bar? What is the dimension
Answer:	I tried two amps so far with my q300: an old Yamaha AVR receiver, and the Outlaw Audio RR2150 I got to replace the Yamaha. The speakers did sound very nice with the Yamaha, and we re an obvious improvement over the old Infinity IL10 pair I had before. Bi-wiring helped too. Once I connected the Outlaw receiver, the sound improved considerably. Again, the bi-wiring helps, in my opinion. Both highs and bass are nice and clean, the mids are very responsive, and stage is very open. I chose the Outlaw RR initially because it is matching the Q300's power requirements (RR is rated at 100W per channel at 8ohms, but actually output more), and can moderate the brightness of Q300 nicely without muddling the sound. The combination is very powerful: I never turn the RR's sound level knob past 10 o'clock position, usually it is at 9 o'clock position with a nice and full sound. RR also has some minimal EQ capabilities, as well as able to provide bass boost (+ 6 Db) at three Hz thresholds. Also, RR has a sub woofer output, that I may planning to utilize to extend the bass: it is very good on the Q300 as is, but from what I read online passing the very low frequencies to an external sub cleans up mids a bit. I have not tried it yet, but the RR is supposed to have a very nice sub woofer management controls. RR also has USB input option, which is fairly good on its own, but an external DAC (I use Arcam rDAC) is a great improvement, and it also allows for optical input from my CD player that RR is lacking. So far I am very happy with the Q300/RR 2150 combination.
Question:	What is the dim. of the subwoofer? can it be laid flat? are their any controls on sub
Answer:	I run these on 16 solid state watts and am very happy. This is full discussion on its own if you look this up on the internet you will want to look at the numbers for sensitivity. This is the DB level based on one watt at one meter distance (Measurement Standards are a whole different topic). This will lead you down different path in understanding that loud is not based on watts alone. If you are into loud this may not be the speaker for your set up as that even with a Chronos Magnum tube amp these were still a tad tame (Very Clear, Very Nice, High Quality, but your average Judas Priest fan would not approve). I love mine even bought a second set - good luck

Answer:	For the soundbar it is 96cm equals to 38inch, And can be suitable for 40-75inch TV , and most soundbar the maxium size is about 1Meters, pls note!

Answer:	It comes with an electrical cord, the sound bar does not run on batteries. Any reference to batteries is probably for the remote control. Hope this helps.
Question:	Can the sound bar be connected to the tv via bluetooth or does it required hard wiring to the tv
Answer:	nope. Mine has 1) A red/white audio RCA2) A digital fiber3) A orange digital RCA (not sure what thats about)and4) A USB Thats it.I have mine hooked to my VIZIO tv via the Digital Audio Fiber cable. The nice thing is it does come with a cable for each of it.. so if your TV has the plug you have the cable.The only bad thing about the device is if you turn it to use your iPhone via bluetooth it does not remember whereyour tv was and you have to press input multiple times to getit back on your tv..We really do like the device though, good sound quality at a fair price
Question:	I lost my remote. Is there and app or Universal remoter
Answer:	It does come with an optical cable. Just realize when you set this up you need to set your TV to PCM and Audio Out (no TV Speakers) so when you toggle through the inputs Optical Cable will work. It took me a few times to figure this out/
Question:	What are product dimensions for each piece
Answer:	Yes, the SB3820 C6 connects to the TV via analog coaxial RCA cable (provided in box with soundbar) to TV's audio out jacks (red and white). The soundbar can also be connected to TV via stereo RCA to 3.5 mm audio cable (also provided) or via digital optical cable provided. The soundbar volume can be adjusted up or down with a Vizio TV remote control or clicker. I do not know if a universal TV clicker or another brand could work or not. The soundbar package does include a good clicker for the soundbar. It can power on/off, adjust volume up and down, select inputs, activate Bluetooth pairing, activate DTS TruSurround and TruVolume on/off, and adjust bass and treble up and down with separate buttons for each. I find the soundbar remote/clicker very functional and easy to use.

How to set up with optical cable?

All cables for wired connection are included: optical, coaxial, RCA cables.Power adapter, user manual, mounting kits, sound bar with a subwoofer coming in the package, which allow for easy installation and set up.

1. For optical (SPDIF) connections, please change your TV audio output to optical, and change the audio format setting to PCM.

2.Please make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.

How to connect with your TV with cables?

1. Optical Mode Setup

*Connect the soundbar with your TV via optical cable(Please remove the protective caps from the ends of optical cable before inserting).

* Press optical button/mode selection on soundbar to choose optical mode(The first LED lights in blue).

*Turn on the digital output and set your TV output format to PCM.

*Enjoy your soundbar.

2.Audio Mode

*Choose the right audio output on TV

*Press the aux button/mode selection on soundbar to choose the audio mode(the last LED lights in blue)

Note:Connect the audio cable with TV audio outputs and soundbar audio inputs.

Disable the TV speaker for AUX connection.

NOTE:

1. If the soundbar has delayed audio, this can be fixed via the audio settings on your TV.

2.Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs.
